Nice clean room, pleasant guy on reception on arrival

Room was VERY (uncomfortably) hot when I arrived. Changing temperature on air conditioning made no difference so as it was late had to open the window. This made the room noisy and resulted in a very poor night's sleep.

Long time when Check In (only one person behind the counter), few people at same time.. Deposit is extra difficulty (few days gone, still no money back) Also, room is OK but looks it needs small things fixed, some small elements damaged etc..

Good size room, good location, very clean, beds were comfortable.

No iron and ironing board in the room. Shower very difficult to get to a good temperature, far too hot or too cold! Scaffolding works right outside room window, with cover over so no daylight at all!

The staff was super friendly and always willing to help. The location of the hotel is convenient with close access to the metro station, groceries and great boulangeries. Despite being on the noisy street, barely any noise gets into the room. Cleaning staff was doing a good job.

Room definitely needs some refreshing. There are water stains on the ceiling above the bed, baseboard is badly damaged by water in the bathroom and there are questionable, mold-like, stains in the shower.

The location is not the prettiest area of Paris. But the hotel itself is great, very modern and beautiful. Also, the Italian restaurant across the street was excellent and a reasonable price.

No elevator! We were on the 4th floor and had to carry suitcases up a somewhat winding stairway. This was difficult!

Super nice employees and managers, a clean room, up-to-dated facilities and furniture.

The room was brand new and so nice. BUT! It was on the 5th floor with no lift - only a small, winding stairway. Staff were great - so welcoming and responsive. It's about a 10 minute walk from the metro. There is an EXCELLENT Italian restaurant directly across the street and a number of grocery stores.

The area is not the best in terms of ambiance. But we had no troubles. It's just not pretty like the rest of Paris.

Everything is excellent . The rooms , the breakfast , the location , the facilities in and around ! What’s best is the staff - each one of them - kind , polite and helpful ! For a business or family trip - I will definitely recommend this hotel ! The Metro Line 14 is very convenient as well ! It’s one of the best hotel experiences I have had !! Well done to the staff !!! And management !! Amazing

I loved the hotel - modern, comfort and clean room. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind, really loved the note they left me on one of the days - really nice touch! The location is okay, about 10 min from a subway station, railway station, trams. Close to a lot of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and everything you might need. I would definitely come back to this hotel on my next visit to Paris.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, well furnished and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day out and about in Paris. The breakfast was also great, with a good variety of choices and quality products to start the day in the best way.A great strength is definitely the staff: friendly, helpful and always ready to help with a smile. In addition, the location of the hotel is ideal, very close to transportation, which makes getting around the city very easy.An experience to be repeated! Highly recommended!

Very nice hotel, seems recently renovated. The room was big enough, clean and nicely decorated. The stuff very friendly and accommodating, they allowed us to use the room earlier than the original check in time without any extra charge. The private parking is super convenient and at the very decent price of 20€ per night. The location is very convenient as in 10-minute walking time you can find a metro and a bus station to commute to the city centre (approx 30min). They only have 3 spots so make sure to reserve quickly. We didn’t try the breakfast but it looked nice too. Definitely recommend hotel!
