The name on both documents must be the same. The hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the guest paying by credit card can't provide an ID matching the name on the credit card. We would like to specify that for all “Pick-up” type bookings, this must be sent 48 hours before the customer's arrival to avoid any confusion and that this must be confirmed by sending an email directly to us and that we must receive a call for optimum confirmation. This allows the arriving customer to be reassured that everything is in order.
