Small modern Hotel. I liked the equipment. Great location. Hotel is clean. The staff was nice and friendly. Very good breakfast.

The cleaning of the room was done late. The room was not available sometimes until 5 PM.

Just across the street from RER C train which took us directly into the center of Paris! Very, very convenient. Also, underground secured parking. AND… probably most importantly, amazing amazing selection of wonderful food at the continental breakfast offered.

Our stay at the Kyriad Hotel was great. Momar at the reception was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made a real difference. The room was very comfortable, clean, and perfect for a short stay. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience, highly recommended.

New, clean, spacious room, close to RER C station

Clean modern room. Coffee maker is also provided for free. Close to a boulangerie, Carrefour and a nice restaurant which open till late night.It close to a train station too

Location is a bit too modern, doesn't seem like in Paris. But that's why the price is lower compare to inner city

Overall this is a really nice and high quality hotel. The rooms are modern, clean and practical. The breakfast is fantastic and well worth the price. By far the best hotel I have been to in Paris, especially given the price. Access to the city centre is pretty easy from the nearby station. Would recommend.

I highly dislike the fact that I had to pay a EUR 90 deposit when I got to the hotel. It is not uncommon in France but I find it rather offensive and customer-unfriendly for a hotel with a 4 star rating. Further more the room I was in already had some small defects which gave me personally a lot of stress because now I have to worry about my deposit and have to take pictures and explain this at the reception. Again not up to standard.I also had a smaller annoyance when checking in, there was appearently an upgrade or alternate room available for the same price (which is a nice gesture). I declined the offer (I was already caught off guard by the deposit so I did not want any more surprises) but the receptionist kept repeating and pushing for the change. I had to argue with the receptionist for quite a while to simply get the room I booked and paid for. Again very unpleasant and not very service oriented but this might only be down to this specific receptionist.

The hotel itself is lovely and cozy. It is not the most convenient for a long stay in my opinion, but for a short while it’s good! In a nice suburb, close to amenities.

Rooms don’t have carpets, therefore you would want the slippers to be left in the room, but there are none and our phone wasn’t working properly. Maybe a minor thing but still counts.

when I arrive at 13.45 they staff did not allow me to check in as the agreement said 14.00 even the room is available. they offer me to pay EUR 30 to check in early or waiting this 15 minutes. I think this is very bad from them

Very friendly staff, easy check in and check out as well as quiet and beautiful space to lounge when I was not exploring the city.

The rooms were very modern and clean. The bed was comfortable.

The charging facilities for the EVs did not work. So we couldn’t use them. We specifically booked this hotel because of the EV charging facilities so that was pretty unfortunate. Also, the staff barely spoke English which made it sometimes difficult to communicatie (check-in and check-out).

This hotel's location was fantastic! The metro was within walking distance, which made getting around incredibly easy. I also appreciated having a gas station directly across from the hotel and a supermarket just around the corner—super convenient for any last-minute needs. The private garage for €20 per night was a definite bonus, providing peace of mind for parking.My partner said, we are going back to this hotel when coming again to Paris :).

I specifically requested a room with a **bathtub** well in advance of my arrival, and this request was confirmed as "no problem." However, upon check-in, I was given a room without a bathtub.When I went to the reception to inquire, I was told the hotel didn't have any bathtubs at all. The communication in English was also a bit difficult, making it harder to clarify.After contacting Booking.com, I was informed that the hotel does indeed have rooms with bathtubs. It's truly disappointing to feel misled by the reception staff in this situation.Oh and there are no fridges on the room if this was included i could give the hotel room an 10.

Very good overall. What you expect from a hotel. Clean, good reception, modern room, although a bit further from the center but the area was very safe and pleasant.

Breakfast is really good, newness of the hotel

The RER C train takes you to central Paris in about 30 minutes, but it’s far less frequent than the metro. Trains can run every 20–30 minutes, especially at night, and service ends around 11:30 pm. Occasional cancellations also happen without much warning. For this reason, the hotel isn’t particularly convenient for late returns or flexible city access.As for the room itself, note that there’s no fridge and only a few open hangers, no wardrobe.

New building, near RER train station, clean

Surprisingly little soundproofing between rooms for a new building. Could clearly hear guests in next room when they came in late at night with louder talking, laughter, heels on floor, bangs/thumps.
