Adagio Access Defense Charras Aparthotel

Proximity of transport and restaurant and stores

More towels changes would have been nice

Great price and space for a family of 4. Also there are plenty of restaurants nearby at night.

Only downside is the walk to Metro Station if you have lots of luggage. For single traveller should be no problem.

Rooms are nice, location is good, it is in a quiet area.

Gym is nice, but would benefit from repair/upgrade.

Quiet and clean hotel, comfortable rooms with a complimentary coffee machine and a nice kitchenette. Great distance from a major transit terminal, mall, and the city.

The girl at the reception was very nice. The location is very convenient especially if you're planning to go to a concert at LA Défense Arena. 30 minute walk. And lots of food options nearby. Close to the train station. And an hour away from ORY airport.

The room wasn't very clean. The toilet seat had stains on it. The furniture were somewhat old. Which would have been okay, if I hadn't paid 200 for a single night.

Room, kitchen, neighborhood...

There is no ventilation in the bathroom or I couldn't find it.

Everything, but the fan in the room

The fan in the room was not clean at all (full of dust on every component) . But I cleaned it myself and it worked very well.

The WiFi did not work at all on our phone throughout our stay. When I complained to the receptionist, she just said that it worked on her phone, so there was nothing wrong with the WiFi.

Room was comfortable for single person, only bed was comfortable.

First alloted room had lock issue, which reception should be aware of..had to change room after checking in few hours. Kitchen is too small. No use for cooking. No AC. Washroom very small like aeroplane.

The location is ok

Smelly room. No cleaning. No service. No airconditioning. Powerpoints in the room didnt work. Insects outside the windows, so could not open windows on hot day and hot night. A total nightmare.

The staffs were nice and friendly. The room was clean and came with cookware sets.

Though the location is walkable from the station, but after a long day of wandering around the city, it feels like forever to walk from the station to the place.

Very average.

No mirror in the room.No air conditioning. No cleaning at all because the stay was less than 7days!!!!Not even changing towels ,O had to ask for Not empty trash and!!!

Cleanliness

Slippers, brush and toothpastes hasn't been provided

The room was clean, with basic facilities. The hotel is located in a safe and clean neighbourhood, close to metro statio, shops, buses.

The apartment is not very well isolated, you can hear all the noise from the other apartments.

The view was amazing, room is super clean and the staff is great.

Location

Very bad smell across the rooms and we can hear everything and very noisy

Location was perfect in the quiet area. 15 min walking to La défense metro station. The apartment was neat and tidy. Facilities were well enough in order to fulfill our needs. I would like to thanks Eloise specially for her kindly manner.

Firstly, one of the elevators was in the maintenance, so the proper other one was in the traffic. However, it did routine after both elevators kept in cycle.

Hi, I stayed 4 days at this hotel . It was really nice and comfortable. Very close to Metro and comfortable . The staff are very welcome.

Room, Kitchen utensiles and everything else was good and clean. But only thing which I missed is that water for drinking will not be provided and I didnot notice this. It would be good to atleast give a complimentary water

Friendly receptionist on March, 8; overall state of the studio :)

Staff mostly didn’t speak English. So I believe that’s why we didn’t get our breakfast boxes in time. - Room 406 - We had the early check out (6am) and asked the receptionist day prior to our check out to prepare breakfast boxes (at 5:45 am) or early breakfast for us. Unfortunately, this morning we found out that there was not any breakfast boxes available for us. We got the access to the breakfast room only at 6:05 am when it was too late. So it’s a shame to pay 32 euros for breakfast and not have any food except of sandwich (I made it myself!) at the last minute…Otherwise it’s a 9/10 guys. But small things are important in this business so there is a room for improvement for sure
