The only thing is the location

1- no staff to clean the apartment 2- asked for towels for 2 days there is no house keeping to give towels and linens at all stayed 3 days till we took extra towels for shower and hands 3- in the bathroom there is a bad smell due to aspirator not working and when i told the reception the answer was there is no technician to come and can’t change apartment as all full

Close to la Defense, very quiet, comfortable and clean. Studio Room size is great for two people.

Location is good

No cleaning and no cleaning equipment, how can one clean the room, one elevator always out of service, quite unsuitable for a hotel of this size

I asked for a heater and I got it.The location is very convenient. Coffee and tea avaliable in lobby.

The heating is off when temperatures was down to 15.

Location. Close to La Défense Metro that service M1 and RER A. Important to tourist spots and from airport.

One of the rooms’ door hasn’t got a lock. Only 1 toilet which can be troublesome for 5 adults.

Wonderful, super comfortable, nice beds and decoration too. We got a room in the 11 th floor and it had a balcony with incredible views including the Eiffel Tower. The neighborhood is elegant, beautiful tall mirrors buildings.

It would have been nice to have salt & pepper in the kitchen, the rest was everything perfect and well equipped.

I asked for hand soap so they got me the dish washing liquid from the kitchen to the bathroom, amazing!?The air conditioner is broken, the bed is uncomfortableAnd the room stinks from the very first moment.I needed help and wanted to call the police because of an emergency but i don't speak french , but the receptionist told me yeah help yourself and search on google.

Location was quite and nice. It was clean areaa. But 800 meters away from metro.

The room was dark. The air conditioning was weak and didn’t cool down the room. One of the receptionists was mean and not helpful.

Room was big, clean, and kitchen was fully equipped with all essentials. Although sofa has few stains, but was comfortable. Staff was very frndly n helpful. it was very quite n silent.but When i entered lobby it was flooded with rain water, dripping from ceiling. one lift was also dripping n was all wet. Nearest metro or rail station was at 8 minutes walk.

Amazing rooms and balconies offered a view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance aswel. we booked a 2 bedroom apartment and a one bed apartment and both were exceptional 5* quality rooms. very helpful staff who were able to assist for very late (23.30pm) check in and helping us get settled. Elevators required a pass to go up to your floor which made it very safe and secure and 24 hour reception available. 10/10 for everything.

In general, location was very convenient only a 10min walk from Metro line 1, breakfast was enough to start a day, employees are very nice and polite, and will do everything to help. Even for breakfast, they will go extra mile to give you what you need you just need to wait and ask ;) Elevators ware very fast and reliable, since our room was on 9th floor, this was very important. It's a quiet part of Paris, and beds where super good, which made sleeping even better :) Not everyone speaks English, which was not a problem since majority dose, and someone will be called to help out if needed.

Breakfast cantina is very small and can hold only couple of families. If you are not an early bird, you will need to wait for it :( But no issue there, since there is enough food, you just need to ask for it, and to wait couple of minutes for an empty spot to open ;)
