hotel was classified as a 5 start and did not meet the 5 start qualities

The long walk from the parking area to the room. Hotel guess had to walk outside and navigate via several doors and codes. The walk was not pleasant and the exterior view of the hotel was not 5 star.

Location

Staff at the registration desk was rude. She aggressively responded back to my question when I asked possible check-in time.I do not think this is 5-star hotel. Not clean. Manager sent apology letter in French to international guest etc.

Location

The room service was so bad, they forgot to clean my room & i have to remind them by myself through the reception. Additional, they forgot the washing machine activate & working until the soap came out.all the time it was annoying and loud noise from people who were there which made us not sleeping.

Room is ok while the staffs are not ok. Also the drop off area is a mess. Room key also got so many problem and need to revalidate to get into room day by day.

They assign me the wrong room and I will need to ask to change so likely hotel is cheating on my booking. Key need to validate everytime which is weird.

Every thing was bad and wired it was so dirty and the room was sooo dusty it was disaster the worst hotel i have ever seen, the staff was so bad and they were very insistent to have a deposit of a 1000€ and when i complained about the room thats a peace of dirt they made it for about €500 and they where so anergy to paid it, and when u didn’t pay it they closed the keys for me and the manger (Daive) said if you didn’t pay you will not be able to enter the room again and this was my last night, even more (klara) was so angry to make as pay as soon as possible i told them i want my money back and i don’t want to stay because the room was so dirty the carpet was black from the dirt and the tables was full of dust and the toilet was so much hair in it i don’t know why they would like to take a deposit of 500 to room like this !!!!!

Size of the apartment.

I had two bedrooms with only one bathroom, the toilet is separated from the washroom.My flight was a bit late and I have been charged full night for the late checkout , the blocked amount 1000 Euro hasn’t been released yet and I have not been given any invoice yet since the check out because there is no house keeping to check the room at the time of the check out!!

Parking really safe

This is the sixth time I stay in the hotel The hotel deteriorating, this time they gave us very bad apartment ( 1156 ) it has sewage smell which really not tolerated, actually i read like this comment in the review but I didn't expect like this, really intolerable smell, also , this time lots of insects in the apartment , you know. Such apartment should be blocked , how the receptionist her name Iness gave me this bad apartment !!! ' in the second day, i saw Iness , she was not cooperative, she said she can't change it , simply sorry, this is not the level of 5 stars hotel staff, anyhow, other receptionist helped us and changed us to small two apartments as solution , but we lost one day changing the apartment, by the way, also the second apartment has lots of insects, poor house keeping, the messages to the guests, check your apartment carefully, I am really thinking to come again

The room was spacious, and the availability of a fully equipped kitchen was very convenient.

1- Unfortunately, the staff were not very responsive when issues arose with the room. I have been staying at this hotel annually, yet the same problems persist, which is quite disappointing.2- Several of the rooms have an unpleasant odor.3- Although certain services are advertised, they are quite limited in practice. There is no bellboy assistance for luggage, and for any additional items, guests are required to collect them from reception. The provisions in the room are minimal, consisting only of cleaning service, four coffee capsules, and a few tea bags.

We have nice welcome by Mr.Nicolas , he was very professional and helpful, he helped me to bring down my luggage from the car, also , the housekeeper people are really nice

Sonmetimes bad smell gets in the room from ventillation

Good location and welcoming staff. Short walk to the metro and the la defense mall and restaurants.

This is not a hotel so don’t expect hotel services and facilities. Need to put chairs in the balcony.

Clean and spacious units, good location if you are using the metro

No nearby grocery stores, if you would like to go to city centers, the metro is essential otherwise taxis will cost you time and money

Location, safety, friendly staff, good service, fresh croissant and quiet.

Tight rooms, old building not like photos, toilet smells, one toilet for a 5 person suite and no convenient store nearby.
