The shower doors were almost see through

Clean, friendly, excellent value for money, breakfast worth paying for. I would stay there again. La Défense Centre is excellent for shopping.

The location made it difficult to get around. There should be details and maps at hotel showing how to get to the nearest metro station, bus stops and shops etc. Google didn't always work.

Good value for money Location WA’s best .River view with Eiffel Tower in distance Breakfast value for money and best best available at 5.30am in case it is important for you.

Wanted iron in room and getting it WA’s difficult .

The room was very clean, quietBreakfast was really correct.Good value for money.

The shower door and head need some repairs.I would have loved a towel for the floor for the wet feet and an extra pillow. For the rest nothing negative.

The room was as expected for an ibis and the staff were lovely when we checked in.

It's a bit of an awkward spot to get to using public transport with suitcases.

Water dripping from air conditioning as you walk in the main door, only 1 pillow on the bed and the toilet needs changing due to poor condition

Room is cold, bathroom is too cold, very basic, no fridge, no water bottle, no coffee or tea in the room, nothing in the room bed , and table two towels . . Vending machine in the lobby most of time out of service and the coffee machine also. If youbtook shower then the whole bathroom will be wet,

Clean room but very small

I did like the location and the area: safe, calm and clean. The room was so, so.... but the bathroom was goodThe breakfast was tasty but a bit poor.. you can add more food and may be increase the price. Please do clean the entry of the hotel on the daily basis.

the cleanness of the main entry need to be improved. Shortage of staff when need some information. There is no space to rest. This can be improved. also take care of the compound.

Well located, simple, tidy, quiet.

It was very warm and the window situation did not make me feel safe to keep it open overnight.

Close to many shops and restaurants as well as the La Defense arena, easy to check in and out

Room service does not change the bedsheets when cleaning the rooms only refreshes the towels and toilet paper. The bunk bed did not have the bedding set up so we had to make the bed ourselves. The shower door is pretty much clear so if you’re staying with people that you’re not totally close with it can be a bit uncomfortable.

Very thin walls…. Stains on the bedding, no lock on the bathroom door and as I was travelling with friends lack of privacy through the shower door.

Receptionist on arrive did not acknowledge us and always on phone. 2nd evening couldn't get anyone to speak to on reception. Rang intercom bell twice and called out 3 times. Gave up and saw morning staff who were more than helpful. Toilet door did not shut fully. 3 friends sharing - not ideal. Seemed to be families living in hotel and taking over reception and eating area. Very basic and slightly tired.Be aware of mosquitos and be prepared. No air con and extremely hot with window shut.

The location was good. Breakfast was good.

Non friendly staff. No dishes for breakfast. Had to put my breakfast on the tray which didn't feel clean. Miscommunication about parking charges. I was told that the parking fee is 10 euro but 15 was charged while checkout by machine. The shower was broken and too short. The most risky thing during the stay was the open window. The room didn't have a french style window. It opens inside the room where if not careful you or your kid may bump their face or head.
