The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pleasant. Cold filtered water along with tea/coffee available free of charge all day

The breakfast was a let down. I feel this can be improved on by adding afew more things to the buffet.

Good location in LA defence area. polite helpful staff and cozy calm environment, nearby store and walking distance mall with a lot of verities.

Room service and supplies can be improved, out of hand soap, shower gel, etc. we asked but again got the wrong items, not a big deal but there is a chance for improvement.

Nice design, good location, quiet, feels good. Nice breakfast.

Water pressure in the shower is too low in my opinion.

Poor security! One random guy entered to the hotel and stole my wallet from my pocket when I was having breakfast! No security around, no one is checking the guests. When we tried to check security footage we told to wait for 2 days because hotel manager was not there! It is unbeliveable this happens at the hotel and they have no idea who comes in and goes out. Breakfast is served at the lobby- do not get me wrong lobby is quite small and you end up with having your breakfast in front of the reception desk!-

I’m staying here for JJ Lin’s concert, and hearing his music playing in the hotel lobby makes me even happier.

Location was good

We have requested two bed but another bed for kids was not very comfortable, and breakfast was not very rich didn’t had very much choice

Whole place kept immaculately clean - very impressed with how hard the staff worked - and very friendly. Parking is a real bonus! Excellent breakfast.

The bed was very comfortable, and the location of the property was perfect.

The staff are bit rude, and not welcoming. The cleaning team enter in the room to clean even when guests are still in the room. The breakfast was not enjoyable, every day same and poor buffet. The cleaning team changed only bed sheets and towels, they don’t clean the floors and the carpet. When you brush your hair or drop something on the floor, trust me every single day you will find it at the same place.

No parking facilities. I had to pay Euro 100 in public parking

We went for a concert at the la Défense arena and it was within walking distance which was perfect, traffic gets very heavy so being within walking distance was helpful.

breakfast - good for coeliac. you can boil your own eggs. fridge has ingredients which are separated from pastries and bread. lift security system - your card only gives you access to your own floor.

entrance is awkward if you do not have the card and need to check in. It was slightly confusing but staff was really really nice. first floor facing street - not great when people who are smoking and talking wake you up in late hours.

The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was also delicious.

The showers water pressure

We stayed here to go to the Olympics. The hotel and staff were great. The room could have been bigger but for the price it was good for us. The lounge area at reception was a fantastic addition.

Super clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, great location, only a few minutes walking distance to offices in La Defense.

very good location, close to a railway station (L and U) and also bus to Defense area (bus 258). Also walking distance to metro (about 15 minutes). Room had a good size, loved the extended sofa for kids... could also accommodate 2 adults as it transforms into a full queen size bed.Bathroom is large enough and the shower is super cool.Breakfast is very good and you also can enjoy full day access to coffee and water in the lobby (complimentary). Was not my case, but a good point.Also, you can only access the floors with the card, and on evenings you can access the lobby with your hotel card. That felt more safe. Athough the entire area felt safe and nice to walk also in the evening.

services could be better. We had an issue with the bathroom towels. Although we asked for it, we only received 2 large towels and 2 face ones.... but we were 4 guests... Since we returned late in the evening, and left early, there was no one to help.
