Adagio La Defense Esplanade Aparthotel

The location was good except there is currently construction.

There was construction outside the hotel and we were put in a room with construction and workers directly outside. I requested a change or rooms on the following day. the new room was smaller and had a whole section of the kitchen where the wall was bare

Cleanliness and friendly staff

The hotel charged me 432 which was a big amount, as a deposit, comparing my payment for the 5 nights but didnt tell me in advance. As I am a foreigner, keeping that amount then returning, I had to pay a big amount due to the difference in exchange rate.

Good location, close to metro and 10 minutes walk from La defense arena. The apartment was in good condition, with comfortable double bed and a sofa bed. Kitchenette fully equipped.

location is not a good one, in a construction zone and difficult to access.

location whas bad becose of the works arround, the room fine but the cleanless was bad they didnt clean the room for 7 days dont give any towels didnt change blankets the dish washer dont work properly, breakfast so poor one day we arrived at 10 am there was nothing to eat.

Adjunct to construction site Very noisy It’s away around 30min by metro from anywhere in Paris which makes it hard to go out and back if you’re good for sightseeing in heart of Paris

Super cozy and clean place. Our room has a small kitchen.

The place is super clean. The only issue is getting uber to the location is always an issue

Very close to train station. We were there over the weekend so it was very calm and quiet. Rooms were very comfortable.

Very weak air conditioning, it was very hot.The housekeeping staff did not respect our privacy despite the 'Do Not Disturb' sign being displayed

Was Old, the adress in Gps not correct, entrance with -2 level for delivery not easy for go out and return it's really complicated for take Taxi or go to esplanade la défense

Good location. The apartment has everything you need. Laundry on the ground floor for an additional fee. Polite staff

Renovation is a bit old, but not critical.

The people working there were very nice. The room was beautiful and clean. The breakfast for 18€ had plenty to offer.

The apartment was very cold. The thermostat displayed 21°C, but it was certainly much lower, and we couldn’t adjust it. No additional heating was available.There were extra city taxes upon arrival (this is mentioned on Booking, but not very clearly visible).If you’re traveling with a stroller, be aware that there is no elevator access for strollers in the evening (after 20:00). You have to carry the stroller down about two floors, from level 0 to -2, in front of the building before entering.

good connected, value for the money

Cleanliness could be better, in one apartment the dishes was dirty at arrival, one knob was falling out, another nob was sticky.

Apart from the reception staff, everything else was too bad to be true

Horrible access by car... Taxi driver and GPS could not find the correct access for only Hotel Nest is showing in terms of indications... even if you are in La Defense, you wont notice this apathotel entrance, the room was very bad... clean though... the worst was the "19 Euros full breakfast" experience... you have to cook your own fried eggs???" The location is very close to metro like 2 m walk, the yellow line no 1 will take you to everywhere you need , also it is close to Westfield shopping mall which has salmost everything you neef. staff were good, especially Linda and Yasen. The other one that never shared her name was rough to us. In some casess there was no respect.

The bed was not very comfortable

Close to the metro station, however on the first day we took two taxis to get to the hotel and both of the drivers had problems to find the place. Definitely would have been easier to get there by metro.Staff was also polite and helpful in general.

Room was rather ok but it could do with some renovation or a deep clean at least- pictures attached. Also, the carpets were very old and looked very bad.We could NOT set the temperature in the room ourselves as it was controlled and set the same for the whole building. We were very cold most of the nights. The reception offered to lend a heater but for an extra fee per day- which I find strange especially when the temperature outside during the night reached 0degrees.

Everything was good. Some TLC needed but overall nothing to complain about.Found it comfy and well equipped. Very clean.

Accessibility due to location.While near the metro station, there was no ramps from what we could find anyways. We had a buggy and large cases. These are not the fault of the premises.Oh and the city tax added at check in. It was mentioned in the booking but I never read that part. This was my error.
