Best Western Seine West Hotel

I like my room very nice for 4 of us

Just one guy when arrive at night told me that he can not fix the bed because i book late and is not personal at the moment so I have to do myself

Walking distance to a variety of local stores! All around the corner! I noticed how all the locals were purchasing groceries in those stores, bakeries, fruit, vegetables, meats, etc. A mile away, I WILL BE BACK AGAIN!

New hotel beds comfy clean

Reception was new and had no clue what to do around.

The man in the front desk was incredibly nice and helpful. Give the man a raise. He worked the night shift.

The breakfast was ok.

There was no parking had to walk 12 minute back to the hotel after circling for 30 minutes looking for a parking spot.

The staff was nice

The room was very small, the ceiling was low. It was on the top floor and shaped like a room in an attic and the floor was dirty. The bathroom door was glass and did not shut all the way so there was no privacy when taking a shower or using the restroom.

Not much.

Yes I did not like the hot rooms and no ventilation.... the staff turned off my fan and refrigerator too... my medication and food got spoiled and it was very hot...

The little touch of the water carafe and possibility to fill with bubbly water plus a kettle and coffee mugs/coffee. View of the Eiffel Tower from the room. Great location. Room was confortable and well cleaned.

There was a refridgerator which is a nice bonus except it was difficult to plug in and in the end decided not to use it because there is a glass door which shows the light. Didn't want it on all night.

This hotel is comfortable and easy to get to from La Defense where I was working. The room was spacious (double room) with a great shower. Breakfast was tasty with a cooked option and plenty of space to sit. A good option for an overnight stay. Staff very pleasant and helpful.

My only complaint is noise from the road, which is very busy all night - slept with earplugs in. Saw some rooms around a courtyard when I was eating breakfast so I guess this is not an issue if you are in the centre of the hotel.

great hotel for great price. we stayed when visited Paris. location is excellent. will book again when return to Paris

Family room - beds adequate for 4 people. Food market within walking distance.

No A/C. Must keep windows open for ventilation. The sports bar at the corner can be loud (football game that night). No parking available at hotel. The garage is about a 5 minute walk but easy to navigate the location. The garage we parked at was $ Rue Godefroy.

Good hotel, in the Puteaux neighbourhood (handy for Bois de Boulogne. Comfortable, with a nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. Wee bit of a trek from the city centre but easily reachable by public transport.

We got a good deal from booking.com. The lady at the reception of the hotel was very sweet. She also suggested the places to visit in Paris.

The sofa bed was broken and uncomfortable. The toilet and bathroom were not clean.

Ideally located in a town just outside of the centre. Gorgeous restaurants, all very Parisian. Lovely to experience this type of area which you’d never see if you were staying in the centre. About a 30 min journey into the centre (Incl walk to metro and metro itself) so great to be just outside the hustle and bustle. Nice clean rooms, simple but nice breakfast. All in all a 1/10 stay. Oh, and the staff were brilliant. Thanks!

We had an amazing stay. Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and the bed very comfortable. Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk from downtown . Breakfast was delicious and everything so fresh. I definitely recommend this property and can’t wait to be back there on our next trip.☺️

rooms were very clean, comfortable beds, location is safe. we got discount for children breakfast. staff were helpful and very friendly.

hotel was a bit away from center

The bus stop is across from the hotel, which is a great advantage. The area is very quiet and safe. The hotel staff was very friendly.

The room was a bit small, but the bed was very comfortable. On the first day when we arrived, the room wasn't very clean (there was dirt on the floor in some places), but it was fine the next day after housekeeping came. The shower door was squeaky. You won’t find slippers in the room.
