I needed a fragrance free property due to my health issues, and they told me that this property was fragrance free, but it was not. The hallways in lobby were cleaned with varies heavily fragrance things, and this really bothered me and distracted from the enjoyment of my stay, the bedding and towels did seem to be washed in fragrance free detergent, which was good but it was very misleading. What I was told versus the reality, also the hallways lights and bathroom facilities were a little rundown and not kept up that well.

Great experience overall. Location was safe and family friendly, rooms were as advertised, comfortable and all accommodations needed met expectations, play are for kids was great, ourdoor space was great, breakfast was amazing really enjoyed our stay, worked perfectly with our large group. Everyone loved it.

Close to the shopping district of Puteaux and not far from La Defense, if that is the purpose of the stay. The kitchen facilities are convenient.

So much noise from unannounced construction project; I had to check out early. There was already mechanical noise on the other side of the wall, although I specifically requested a room away from it, and after workers were in my second room, there was new post-construction noise that the night desk would not do anything about. The beds are bad, the sheets are polyester and thus sweaty, the laundry room was dirty.

- Spacious rooms, still new and clean- Storage space with enough shelves and hangers- Kitchenette with everything needed even for a longer stay - laundry room in the basement

- the staff were quite unfriendly and unresponsive, never filled the water tanks in the lobby even though they were available for the guests in theory - only one washing machine for the entire hotel payable with coins only; no change available at the reception or otherwise - no hooks or any other options to hang the towels in the bathroom

The day of checkin, we were there at 4 pm so in the range of checkin time and we had to wait one hour as the rooms are not ready.The day of leaving , they used fire alarms and we had to go out fast . Then it was by mistake

The location of this place is excellent and nice neighbourhood. The rooms were clean and well sized. The staff was very courteous and overall I had a great experience.

No specific issue with Breakfast, but if it can have more hot dishes also, it will be good.

Clean, specious, well erupted in the room,Breakfast normal, staff a part from reception reset of staff unable to speak English so not helpful once is needed easily was rejected any request in breakfast time.

The location is far away from the metro There is no AC i had to open the balcony at night which brought alot of bugs sleeping was not comfortable at all , bed is not comfy For this amount i wish i booked another place

Great accommodation with a pet. I especially liked the hotel's own courtyard. There are several shops, bakeries and restaurants nearby.

Location was good to walk to Metro. Nice Carrefore supermarket on the corner. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice kitchenette in the room with everything you need, except a wine opener. Hard, but comfortable bed. Good temperature in the room with a window that opened. Great coffee machine with capsules. Nice wardrobe area and plenty of shelves.

Hotel in desperate need of a coat of paint. We were in room 717 and it didn't have a balcony as shown in the pictures. Being a corner room, it had attic style walls that my husband kept bumping into, and hitting his head.

The parking , the bed comfortable. The staff helpfull.Clean .

The apartment is too small.They do not change towels for free,you have to pay 5 euros to get a clean set of two towels,one big and one small.

Friendly staff, very clean and well equipped apartment. Also you can open the windows!! Breakfast is a bit basic but can’t complain.

I have a complaint that we received one towel for the face and body for 5 days of stay and that it was not replaced.

Rooms were clean and had everything thing you need. Kitchen utensils, pans, cooktop, fridge, everything you need. Bathroom was clean, and had hairdryer. The staff were very friendly and receptive. Location was also amazing, felt very safe, next to a supermarket and train station that gave us access to the whole city.

Very beautiful location and neighborhood. Close to the esplanade de la defense metro station. Clean and beautiful. The only downside is that cleaning services must be provided for free every other day at least even if it is an aparthotel.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the ambiance and the location was good. Breakfast was nice and the room fit for purpose.

Would be good to have cleaning service at least twice a week for a very long stay than only once a week without extra charge.

Great location in a green block on the outskirts of Paris - only 8 minutes away from the metro. Enough supermarkets and restaurants in the neighborhood to chose from. Options to cook or microwave, with dishwasher bottle and sponge already there.

We could hear the neighbours talking, which was ok for us, but could be a problem for others. Bed cushions where a bit hard to sit with your back to.

The sizes of the rooms and the amenities are good. It’s clean. The receptionists are nice and helpful. Close to the concert venue La Defense Arena and the metro station.

The walls are thin and you can hear people walking around or dragging luggages, which gets annoying naturally at 6am. The staff other than the receptionists don’t really speak English. A housekeeper literally entered my room in the morning without even knocking, even though I didn’t have a sign at the door that says so. She wanted me to leave the room at 10am even though check out was at 11am. She only left the room after I said no multiple times, cause again, she didn’t speak English. They could put some water or drinks in the fridge, or coffee pads as there is a coffee machine in the room but no pads so it’s useless. They could also put room slippers. The breakfast was also really lacking. A lot of us were confused when we realized the eggs on display were literally raw.. There was not much to choose from but just basic bread, butter, cheese, ham and a couple bakery items. Thank god there was coffee and juices.
