Nice place to stay for a night, great value for it's price. Rooms are clean, service is good, underground parking is usfull and not too expencive.

Breakfast experience was below avarage, and hotel overall screams that it's a budget version of Ibis

All of the essentials were catered for. No frills, but its a budget hotel after all. The room was clean and quiet, although small. The breakfast was decent enough and the staff were polite.

The room was very small and concrete walls felt a little stark, but for the price it was fine.

There is no hair drier in the rooms. Need to get it from reception. Most of the time reception don’t have hair drier too because of lack of hair drier

The affordable on-site parking, the good access to public transportation, as well as the good value for money.

The storage space for clothing was unfortunately very minimal and is only suitable for short stays or for a small number of people.

The room was relatively clean, housekeeping service was acceptable, and the hotel location is good in terms of public transportation availability.

The heating system was not working properly during most of our stay. It would work for only a few minutes and then stop completely.The room was extremely cold, especially with outside temperatures around 0°C.I reported this issue several times to the reception, but no effective solution was provided.The night shift receptionist was very unfriendly and unhelpful.Due to the cold room, I got sick during my stay.Only on the last day did the heating work for about 30 minutes, but the rest of the days it did not work at all.Although the location has buses available until midnight, it is very far from major attractions (more than one hour away).

It says 24/7 front desk, but I had to wait for 55 min to be precise for someone to answer me and that to the staff were not helpful at all. I tried calling the booking.com helpline and nothing was done actually. Also the rooms were too small and price is a bit high which is of not the value, compared to other ibis budget hotelsWe expected the room service to clean the room but was not done and we stayed in the same room for 2 days.

1. Heating in my room wasnt working at all, most of the time temperature was like outside and I end up ill in the last two days of my vacation witch made my trip a bit hard in the end. Taking shower was a real challange. I asked couple of times for proper heating, they said it will be fixed, but they never did.2. Whoever though of the idea about boiling eggs by yourself in the breakfast its a really an evil person. Eggs were the only source of proptein offered in the breakfast, and they came up with the idea of putting an egg cooker with only 7 egg places. So only 7 eggs can be cooked at a time in a hotel full of people. And then you need to wait 10-15 mins. After this is done, you need to wait atleast 10 minutes to cool them off, so if you want to eat eggs, then best case scenario is 20-25 mins. And if there are people already in the queue, you are doomed. ? I have seen many dumb ideas in my life, but this one is out of this world.

10 min walk to RER and the bus is just in front of the hotel. Calm and quiet neighborhood. Some nice restaurants at 15 min walk.

The room is quite small for 3 people. The shower position is weird and when you go out from the shower, the curtain must be fully drawn, otherwise you have no privacy from the rest of the room because of the wall mirror. Breakfast was OK-ish, but some real milk would have been good to have.

Bad

The room I paid for was gone by the time I got to the hotel and had to squeeze in a tiny double with 2 kids. No explanation of what happened to my initial room and when I raised a complaint to both the hotel and booking.com, nothing was done about it. Thank god I only booked for the last night in paris, this would have ruin my entire holiday. Horrible experience
