Best Western Plus Paris Meudon Ermitage

Nice clean room. Comfortable bed.

A bit removed from Meudon and train station.

The staff was outstanding, they did a great job with any request.

When I booked the reservation I requested a hotel that had free parking and complimentary breakfast. However, they said I did not qualify for complimentary breakfast. Very limited free parking so if you got back after 1900 you had to pay for parking.

there were stains in the carpet, including vomit stains. The room smelled terrible and the staff were not helpful. For example, I asked for ice, I was told there was none. What kind of a hotel has no ice? worst night ever

Slow internet with broken bed light in one of the two rooms we stayed.

Beautiful hotel , lovely surroundings .

Staff was a little slow , had to wait an hour past our check in time for room to be clean .

Clean, comfortable and welcoming.

The shower was not up to 21st century standards - too cramped for a 6ft adult.

Wonderful breakfast. Was upgraded without asking ☺️ The receptionist (a woman) was very professional and helpful, which was delightful (I had stopped staying there after a receptionist was very rude to me a few years ago).The room was big, nicely furnished and very clean.

Location, private parking was good.

The room was very cold. Airco didn't work.

Only problem during the stay - there was a fire alarm. I left my room with others in my door and walked down the stairs outside and round to the foyer. There were no announcements about the problem. Nobody seemed to be in charge of the situation which worried me if there had been a real fire.

Comfortable beds. Nice outlook onto woodland. Quiet surroundings.

No information about dog walks. Bland reception staff.

Location is great

The property is good they could invest more in cleaning the back of the hotel, it is full of garbage, it looks disgusting, furthermore, they should invest in the development of their employees, the lady that helped us with the check out was good however the guy that did the check in spoke very poor English, he did no understand the questions, in the end we gave up.

Cleanliness and staff

A/C was turned off during my visit. It was hot throughout my stay despite keeping window open. Bed was not comfortable at all. Location is not very convenient. No laundry service

Lovely location, close to highway yet still sort of in the midst of nature, funny layout of hotel with a more modern part and a traditional part. I stayed in the traditional part: large, very well layed out rooms, ckean, nothing to complain about. Staff is super friendly.

All communication send in advance is exclusively in French, all menu’s and other info only in French. The place could benefit from a slightly more international approach

The atmosphere close to the forest

Best Western have removed the little things eg shampoo, soap, body cream. When travelling these things make a difference.

Don’t recommend and won’t be staying there when we return.

Very rude. I called for room service and asked for pizza and some woman yelled at me “no English no Pizza” and hung up! Not enough towels - and 1 and half a roll of toilet paper - and we needed to use the fold out couch and took them hours to bring blankets and pillows - they said they didn’t have anymore. We were charged a “deposit” for the parking garage but didn’t even use it as the rental van wouldn’t fit but they charged us anyway and we’ve yet to see the credit back. Then our rental van was drilled into on our last night and no one ever got back to us with help for the rental company as we were turning the van back in the next day. They said they’d get us video footage of it since a surveillance camera was pointed right in the direction of our parking spot but they never even responded and when we called each time to follow up they said they couldn’t do anything because their manager wasn’t right there. I don’t think the surveillance cameras even worked - don’t trust your vehicle there.
