- the night where i paid for staying, i was leaving for the fligt early in the mrning, after i left the room key, i was taking 3 banana + 1 apple for the breakfast and the guy from front desk was said that he has a camera and he saw me. H eonly let me take one banana even if i paid for this breakfast which i suppose to eat all the kitchen if i would. And he treated to me like a thief to treating me with the camera!!!! disrespectful!!!- after i arrived to the room, i found hairs on the bathroom which seems some one shaved his mustache etc since this hairs are not belongs to me.

Location was good and all staff were helpful and nice.

Many bugs such as mosquitoes. A huge downside. My daughter got bitten by mosquitos and is still recovering. We had to ask for repellent multiple times. There was also mould on the window seal which was disgusting.

The staff has no communication with you. Zero answers on messages or any changing on your request. Even via phone. Everything what did via booking they said - they can’t do. As I understand to write messages to clients as well. Additionally impossible to receive a right invoice - if you need a change - nobody gonna answer. Awful communication.

This is the second time we come to this hotel.We came to this hotel two years ago with our friends. And this time with family. the rooms were clean and the reception was very polite. I had a travel agency in Iran and I always worked with ibis hotels. And I think it is a good and clean hotel.

Before, the breakfast was much better, but this time it had less variety and even when something ran out, it was not refilled.

No tea bags in rooms and paper cups in rooms not a good look for visitors.

Room was on the small side for two but it was clean and comfortable and there was no big issue

The wayfinding to the hotel is bad, we had to really look hard to find the right way, even with navigation active. The diner options should have been better, the pizza's were actually the only thing, and they were pretty good, but it is more a fast-food serving than a full diner. Alternatives nearby in the area are limited.

There were tiny insects flying in the room and I suspect mosquitoes. This need to be taken care of keeping the rooms air tight and not opening the outside windows at all.

The bed was very comfy and the service was great. Very quick to get us sorted and into our room.

I liked everything overall. Nice little hotel to stay at, breakfast was good and easy to get an uber from.

I got some random knocking on my room door when trying to sleep, and some buttons on the TV remote weren't working.

All persons of the staff were very friendly and helpful! Better than what I had experienced in other Ibis hotels. Great location for hiking, running, exercising in the woods behind the hotel and the park of the municipality.

There are not many options to eat out for dinner at walking distance around the hotel.
