Staff very accommodating.

I couldn't figure out how to get soap out of the dispenser in the shower or at the bathroom sink. The dispensation of soap and the number and size of the towels seemed miserly. But not miserly enough to make my stay at the hotel unpleasant primarily because the staff people were so anxious to be kind and helpful.

Clean and decent. Shopping mall is a 5 min drive.

Next to highway, although thanks to great insulation you would never know it. But opening a window is not an option. Terrible cell reception on all operators. Maybe heavily overbooked with residential area and highway combined, but this is not hotels fault.

The reception staff are very kind and accommodating. There was a leak and an issue with the wifi both were solved immediately. But good experience overall.

The only issue I would say the towels were not clean and the bathroom was not really clean, even at the reception.

The rooms were good size and plenty of room for our family. The AC was nice.

The bathroom was nice, but the shower didn’t drain well and there is no vent in the bathroom so the moisture stayed and filled the room if we left the bathroom door open.

Good decision for short stay. We chose it because of the location as it was in 20 minutes of walking from the skating rink.

Hotel next to the road and it is impossible to open the window because of the noise.

Underground car park - good security. Minutes walk to bus to take you to the main bus/ metro. Breakfast was good, continental, open from 5.30am.

Staff not very friendly when asking for information for bus and tickets and the best way to get around. The bus which was only 1 stop away to the main station was €5 ! Utensils were not clean at breakfast, we needed to ask a few times for them to restock the buffet. Location wasn't great for local things to do. Needed to get a taxi to go to palace of Versailles and cost €50 return even though it is only 10km approx. Bus then metro into Paris was about 40 mins.

Breakfast was as expected for 9euro, good coffee and enough choice for an ample breakfast.

Everything was fine

The hotel is ok and correct. My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. I spend a good night there, so all in all what you expect from a chain like that.

When you stay there you should be aware that the hotel seems to be mainly frequented by travel groups arriving in huge busses and leaving the next morning... breakfast in the morning is mayhem. Don't expect a relaxing experience. I have nothing negative to say about the hotel staff, in fact I quite feel for them having to deal with huge travel groups behaving in an inconsiderate way. But maybe I was just unlucky and this was an exception...

Really nice hotel. It was easy to get to, had free parking outside or reasonably priced underground parking, comfortable and spacious rooms, and helpful staff. It was also very close to a bus stop.

There was not much to not like, but if I had to be knit picky, I would say the breakfast was underwhelming, especially since we had to pay extra.

We stopped for one night before visiting the Palace of Versailles, the room is small, good breakfast, suited our purpose.

Breakfast was a let down, not sure what the eggs are made off nor the bacon.On arrival, though late there was quite a lot of dust on surfaces showing that for awhile the room had not been cleaned. Had to wet a tissue and wipe down some of the surfaces. You get one pillow so not that comfy but the beds are OK. There's no extractor fan in the bathroom so gets steamy easily.

Good location, breakfast could be more varied. Nice service. Free parking in front of the hotel. Pet

Modern design. Easy access. Underground parking convenient and price of 9€ ok for Paris. Nice wooded area with good space locally for exercise

1. The aircon was very poor. The weather was actually quite cool but the room was very warm. We stayed 2 nights so I mentioned this to reception and they advised that it was only possible to cool the room to 24 deg. C. I am convinced that our room was warmer than this but even if not, 24 is quite warm if you want a good nights sleep. We took the duvet out of its cover and used the sheet only. It was actually only about 16 deg. C outside temperature overnight both nights but if you opened the window the room filled quickly with mosquitos. After getting eaten alive I killed 6 or 7 and had to keep the window closed and cook! 2 poor nights sleep resulted.2. USB charger x 2 in the room, neither of which worked. Reported this to reception and they didn’t offer any solution.3. Safe in room didn’t work. Reported this to reception. Apparently safes were new and not yet operational.4. Tables not cleaned between guests at breakfast service.5. Car park concrete surface isvery dirty so expect your car mats to get dirty when you get in your car. We also trod this into the lifts and left footprints in the bedroom corridor which were not cleaned.6. I wouldn’t stay here again and would probably avoid other B and B hotels in summer because of the aircon.7. We messaged via booking.com 2 weeks before staying to ask about parking but the hotel never responded
