Pros +
- Excellent location for my needs; 24/7 manning of front desk.
- The place looked generally clean, but there were big spider webs in the corners of the rooms and the sheets had some stains
- Breakfast had lots of good choices! Staff was super nice and helpful.Large towels, lots of soap.Close to lots of restaurants and bars.
Cons -
- Shower head blocked; took 2 requests before it was fixed.
- The lobby had a strange smell. When I was seating there on the couch facing the breakfast area I saw one female worker going there and putting a fork into a plate of food from the buffet and taking the food close to her mouth. She wanted to eat it directly from the plate where the guests get the food from. She saw that I was looking at her, slowly put the fork down and went to grab a plate to put her food on a plate instead of eating it directly like that. The pillows were uncomfortable, the AC was very old and noisy so we couldn't keep it on, and if you opened the window at night there was a lot of strong noise coming from the street. So it was very hot in the room and difficult to sleep
- My room was small, especially the bathroom.Room doors closing automatically were kind of loud. Distance from center of Paris, then walking from metro to hotel. I got my credit card compromised on booking.comBig comforter on bed was beautiful but I like just a sheet over me and there was none.

Staff were friendly and helpfu
No storage and no kettle or glasses in the room.
Close to Metro 4. Bed is comfortable.
Room is small and old. Breakfast don’t have much choice.
The room had everything you'd expect and was clean. The breakfast had food that was fresh and diverse.
To reach the room, there were stairs, as the elevator did not reach every level.
No Hot Water, Poor Service – Went a Whole Day Without a Shower!Upon checking into this hotel, I immediately went to take a shower. However, after running the water for five minutes, it remained ice-cold. Realizing there might be an issue with the water heater, I asked a cleaner for assistance. She told me to wait for ten minutes before trying again. I followed her instructions and waited for fifteen minutes, but the water was still cold. Frustrated, I gave up on showering and decided to head out to explore the city center. When I returned to my room at 9 PM, I tried to take a shower again, only to find that the hot water issue persisted. I went down to the front desk to report the problem and file a complaint, but the staff simply told me to “wait ten minutes,” giving me the same response as earlier. I waited for another twenty minutes, yet there was still no hot water. As a result, I went an entire day without being able to shower! In cold weather, taking a cold shower is simply unacceptable, and the hotel’s response was dismissive and unhelpful. If you don’t want to deal with this kind of frustrating experience, I strongly advise against staying at this hotel!

Perfect location for me as I was visiting family living in Montrouge.5 min walk from ligne 4
The size of the room!!! It is supposed to be a double, good thing I was in my own!! And you can hear everything!! Unfortunately my neighbours were really loud specially when coming back in the middle of the night.
Parking available at a garage across the street.
Very very expensive for what it was. No refrigerator. Practically no closet space/drawers. WiFi didn’t work. Old.
Location is good, near store, metro station.
It was not a positive experience
Very uncleaned place, we had in the first day a problem in the bathroom sink all the water would not go down, no Change of rooms right on the begining when identified the problem, we had to wait a day to have it solved. On Sunday the Room was not cleaned the beds were left unmade, double bed for them is two seperate beds put together. Telephone on the bed does not work. Really valuable advised I wish I had received! Don't waste your money, this place should not be allowed to be called an hotel.
The location was convenient and easy access from the airport. Also easy to get to the city with the metro close by.
Not recommended
Poor breakfast, poor furniture, smelly bathroom, aged facility.
Not much except location, maybe the staff and some minor things
The room was cold and wasn’t heated, walls were paper like thin, a lot of noise from around and way more…
For the price it was pretty good value. Its handy for the metro and there is supermarket nearby. Street is reasonnably quiet
Only provided with one room key and we were doin separate things so that was a pain. Due to construction work in the street you can't park nearby even to offload luggage
Only the Tunis responsible was nice
No today after 24 hours they call me and they said that faund Human waste in the douch which very strange for me I am not animal and this really big shock and in the night I could not sleeping it not calm only the reception responsibly was very good and nice
One guy at the reception was really friendly and the hotel was good for its money
Far away from the center, tiny room, tiny bathroom
The room is big and clean, and has a lot of natural light.
I wish I could drink a hot tea in the room :)
Location
Bathroom need a serious upgrade ( tape on an electrical socket to avoid to use it , bathtub missing drain stopper and mechanism to open drain broken .
Nice clean room, good location and nice facility!
