- I had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was clean, tidy, and better than expected — it had been recently renovated and looked even nicer than the photos. The location is great, with easy access to metro and bus lines.Breakfast was simple but enough, and the small courtyard was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink or have breakfast.Overall, great value for the price!

- Hated the "view" or lack thereof. The room was gross and small for the money.
- The room smelt very strongly of paint as it was newly renovated. Which can't be avoided I understand.

I hated it. So many better locations and views for a cheaper price. This is a scam

Parking facility was excellent value for money. Staff super friendly. Bed very comfortable. Rooms surprisingly big. Breakfast very good!

Good location reasonable price.
First weekend April 25. Warm > 24degrees. We arrived late Thursday pm. Room we were given had no AC. Opening windows was far too noisy. Spoke to reception who said that AC was turned off throughout hotel and would not be turned on despite the temperature.I persisted demanding we were moved to somewhere cooler. Eventually moved us to front of hotel - ( older part) where we got room on 6th floor which had recently been refurbished and was cooler. I cannot understand Accors hotels have this AC policy. I would not recommend going if weather likely to be warm. AC should be available if customers want it.Rooms v basic with no kettle or coffee making facilities in room and all put down to being green ????. As if it is not a money saving matter!
I stayed here an extra night after the tour I was on ended. The breakfast was very good. The staff was great and very helpful. Close to public transportation.
It was located away from the main tourist area, the Metro station was close by but still a short walk. The carpet was stained and looked like it needed to be cleaned.
Room is super clean.Facility is simple but function well. Staff are excellent!
Slightly away from the Metro station
Breakfast options were good but limited tables sometimes have to wait to get the breakfast. The staff were quite friendly ?. The location is really good very well connected to the Paris city centre.
Too much noise sometimes.
Lovely hotel, great room, excellent breakfasts and very good location,
Great customer care from receptionist! Good facilities and breakfast
Room a bit dated, no safe in the room. A little bit of damp in the ceiling.

We enjoyed our stay. Rooms were nice and clean. We really liked the breakfast with delicious croissants and fresh orange juice.Special thanks to the receptionist lady. She was very helpful and friendly.
The beds weren't very comfortable.
The location was nice. Very close to the metro (10 minutes of walking). Pretty easy to reach by car and parking is only 16 euros for a full day.
For a "pet friendly" hotel, I'm disappointed with the pet-friendlyness. Had to instantly pay 10 euros extra (not mentioned anywhere while booking). Dog was also not allowed to join us during the breakfast. Staff was not that friendly. No charging for EV's. Also not that clean..
I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their exceptional hospitality during my stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with any request, making me feel truly welcome. The level of service exceeded my expectations, and the team’s professionalism and warm approach created a memorable experience.Additionally, the breakfast was outstanding.
petit déjeneuner (trés bien, trés fresh)pas de bruit la nuitcustomer service very nice
not 100% clean, but overall a good solutionfor the price we paid it was good enough, only some deatils for the cleaning could be ameliorated
Location, cleanliness of the hotel and availability of staff
Nothing in particular
Can get to city centre by uber, cost €15 ish, which is great. A short taxi ride to airport. Room is very clean, nice bathroom. Reception staff were great
The location was nice, a few minutes away from the metro station by a walk which makes going to anywhere in Paris easy and there were many restaurants close by. Private paid parking was available. The room was big enough.
Unfortunately, it is smelly (smells of eggs) when you enter the hotel because the restaurant and reception are in the same place without any partitions which makes the first impression not pleasant and messy when you’re sitting having breakfast and the others walking through the same place with their luggage to do check-out. Breakfast was so-so. On the first day, Sunday, the restaurant was super busy and noisy it was even hard to find a table to have breakfast. The toaster didn’t work correctly and on the second day was more quiet but one of the coffee machines didn’t work. Using the egg boiler was confusing in that everyone had put eggs for themselves and they were mixed up easily. The reception and staff couldn’t speak English well.
good location in montrouge, paris. easy access to metro. underground private paid secure parking. Friendly staff.
breakfast was ok, not many options and small dinning area.
