B&B HOTEL Paris Porte d'Orléans

Very close to the metro, some nice bakery around the corner, clean hotel, great room, nice lobby

I had reserved a room for 1 adult and 2 children. But the hotel had received a reservation for 1 adult and 1 child in a three person room. The hotel staff seemed to think this was a big deal. I think this was a mistake of booking.com.

Located just a bit outside of the ring, but quite convenient with metro. Very nice neighborhood with a good variety of food and bakeries. The room is not big but it has a most of the facilities you need. There's microwave and coffee/drink machine at the lobby. The bar at the lobby serves pizza which you can bring to the room.

Would be better if there's a water boiler in the lobby.

Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable

No one changed the towels for our three nights stay, which was weird, we asked for extra pillow and they said they don’t have first time to see two twin beds room with just two small pillows and no extra is available at the hotel

The breakfast was good, the staff was kind, and the location was fine. The parking is in the same building, which I appreciated.

Spotless clean and quiet

There was no shampoo or soap. The staff could be more friendly.

The hotel is clean and comfortable however it is far from tourism attractions. It is portrayed as a hotel located within walking distances which is not.

Location

Rooms are very nice and clean, beds are comfortable, shower area is decent, air conditioning works well!, staff is friendly and helpful, breakfast is very good. In general, this hotel is a keeper for future travels to Paris.

The hotel is located on a street ( Blvd. Pheripherique) where we did not feel safe walking at night.

The property was recently renovated, so everything was new and clean. The location was good and close to the public transit for both buses and subways.

The staff was not overly friendly. But we noticed this in many places that we visited in Paris. We also did not take advantage of the breakfast and we’re happy that we did not as the selections or minimal when will you walk by.

Location to the metro.

Bathroom was tiny. No shower door so water got all over the floor. No room to put any toiletries.

Friendly staff, close to public transportation

Room smelled really strong of mold and moisture no matter how long we tried to air it out. It was clean but the smell was really bad

Very good location. Close to metro and bus stations that enables to travel many places without transfers. Clean. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Weak breakfast. If you stay single night breakfast is ok. However, if you stay more than one night breakfast doesn’t have options. They don’t have proper kitchen so they are cooking everything in microwave.

Location is good. Far for centre, but covieniently reachable by metro in around 30 minutes. Area is nice and safe. Breakfast is good, only lacking the variety (if you stay longer).

Shower is not comfortable as it does not close and water can be all over the place. The ventilation can be better in the room and in the bathroom as well.

Kindness, daily cleaning, new, location in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood, close to the metro - Porte D Orleans or Marie de Montrouge. Also, I celebrated my mother's birthday at the hotel bar with the cake and champagne brought by me and the staff was very kind.

Although the breakfast is very good, it is the same every day and there are no vegetables, so some diversification would be welcome.

The parking garage was the only good thing about this hotel.

Staff were dismissive and poorly attired, the room door didn’t lock, the air conditioning didn’t work. It was an underwhelming experience.

The property is nice, clean and close to the metro. We stayed on the 5th floor. The room is very basic but clean. We manage to book a parking in their garage for 20 euros. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. There is a small outside patio in the middle of the hotel which was really nice.

The traffic is too noisy, we can hear it loudly meaning there is no soundproofing. The room was too hot, there was no thermostat to adjust the temperature. No accessible tea and coffee as in the room. There was, however, a coffee machine downstairs which was unfortunately, broken. I paid for 2+ euros only to find out it only dispensed sweet milk and no coffee.
