Room was clean

The hallways were dirty, carpet was stained. Staff were not all that helpful. Location is not great - a long commute to the city and trains form this hotel

It is fairly close to the metro station. It was very clean, the staff were friendly, and there was adequate storage space for a long-term stay.

The room I had had a bed that fold up into the wall. Overall that was very uncomfortable. At check-in it sounded like breakfast was included but I found out later it was not.

The kitchenette was really nice to have.

It was a standard 1 bedroom apartment in Europe. Came with breakfast and there was secured parking (parking was extra. Most importantly it was only a 10 minute walk from the metro and 3 from the closest bus stop. 10/10 would stay again!

I did not like that booking.com was misleading on the size of the rooms. We booked a large room for 2 adults and two toddlers. We even messaged the hotel ton confirme. When we arrived they told us that they count toddlers as adults and we needed to book a second room.

Its a clean and nice property away from the main touristy location. The kitchenette is small but well quipped and meets the basic requirements.It's a little far (15 min walk) from the nearest metro but basic things are available nearby.

Staff attitude and policy flexibility in room upgrade

Every thing was okay except the bed. We requested for qeen double bed and what we got is 2 Italian bed connected to each other and the keep it sliding away

Where do I start… upon entry to the hotel we noted the playing area where children could play but here’s the joke… when our children played, they were told off and were told to be quiet. We were in room 305. The rooms were so smelly and toilet was horrible. The water in the bathroom didn’t go down quick enough so horrible stain in the bath tub as a result. The bedding also had a lingering smell to it. This was the last leg of our holiday accommodation and for 3 nights and honestly it was not great. The breakfast spread is simple and not much variety for young children. The breakfast staff members are lovely however and attentive and this was appreciated. I’m gutted that I stayed here, it was the first aparthotel I’ve booked whilst in Paris and maybe hotel would have been a better option! They clean the room at a cost and you have to throw your own bins out. For the money I paid I would have been better off somewhere else. Not going to coming here again for sure!

Convenient location (close to metro & to Montrouge center). Helpful and polite staff.

We had a minor issue with the fridge, but it was quickly resolved.

The location and 24/24 check-in are good.

I forgot my headset at hotel and called the hotel on the same day of check-out. They ignored my message, I guess the headset won’t be found anymore, but the way hotel to deal with problem is not acceptable.

Very good apartment that completely matches the description. Everything needed for stay was present. Nice staff and really good room. Location is also pretty good - 30 min to the Paris center.

It has everything that you need. Close to the train station to go the main places in Paris. The breakfast was delicious.

The toilet has a bad smell, could be cleaner

I love the way the staff treat us and the room feels very comfortable, my partner and I love this place.

Nice stay if you don’t mind being far from paris city centre. The studio was overall very nice: clean, good size for two, good light, etc. Staff members were friendly at all times.

The area is not the best - we didn’t feel safe walking around the neighbourhood at night, which was a shame. Wifi didn’t work throughout most of the stay (neither did Netflix on the tv), and the staff members didn’t offer a solution. Something to consider if you’re planning on using wifi during your stay.

The room was fantastic with the most comfortable bed possible, cooking facilities were also great. The hotel staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Breakfast was too expensive for our 9 day stay. Maybe offer a discount if staying for a longer period?

the apartment was good, however it was far from the nearest metro station. we arrived very late, and it was scary to walk down to the hotel during odd hours. Also , when we requested for use of washing machine ... hotel staff looked least interested in assisting. Also , during check out - we just wanted to handover key however reception staff was on phone forever and we have to wait for almost 15 mins to just handover keys to him.

Given the prices for hotels in Paris, it exceeded the expectations we had - the hotel is relatively cheap and the service was great. The bed could be a bit more comfortable but other than that everything was perfect (clean, good service, a kitchen, a balcony facing a quite area…). I would come back
