The hotel was a terrible experience. The owner was extremely rude, and cleanliness was awful. When we arrived, there was no one available for check-in, and the same issue occurred during check-out. The heater didn’t work, leaving the room freezing cold, and we couldn’t sleep. Despite informing the owner, no action was taken. The hygiene standards were appalling — we stayed for a week without any cleaning service, trash removal, or fresh toilet paper. Overall, it was a very bad experience. Even though the price may seem appealing, it’s absolutely not worth it. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone!

The room and toilet are cleaned daily and the towels are regularly changed.

The hotel reception should advise clients who will be arriving late at night on hotel entry as it closes after 8:00 pm.

the reception and the hotel were closed when I arrived, after calling the number on the door I have been told that I have to wait for 30 minute because I did not indicte my arriving time ,no heating in the room

I stayed with my wife for two days but the staff have no idea to talk to the women, they speak They treat women badly I booked the hotel online but,I request everyone do not go to this hotel

not clean, the bathroom is disgusting and they charged me extra 40 euros for 1 extra hour knowing that they told me it is okay to have late checkout. JUST DONT GO TO SUCH HOTEL

it was easy to find. staff were friendly yet professional. managed to find free parking in a residential street not too far away

looked like it was awaiting a refurbishment. lots if channels on the TV but nothing in English language.

the owner was very rude and unaccommodating, there was no reception, there were no fans or air conditioning so you had to have the window open which meant you had to deal with the very noisy street. the sheets were not very clean and the bathtub was extremely small.

The receptionist was the sweetest person ever. She helped me and my friend who had 2 big and 2 small suitcases by lifting those up by herself, guiding me with transportation and fulfilled all accomodation requests. She made sure we had a comfortable stay and was so sweet and genuine!

The only disappointment was that there was no elevator or else everything was good.

Compared with the prices of the rest of the city they seem to be fair, not speculating with the demand due to events or special holidays. Fixed prices, I guess, for the whole year. A cheap option in a city that went crazy years ago and offers accommodation for ridiculous pumped prices.

The room was dirty and after "room service" it was exactly as dirty as before.

The location of the hotel, on a large road, were cars drive the whole night, make it very noisy. Isolation against noise is not sufficient (no double glass), and the same goes for isolation between rooms. For people sensitive to noise, it is impossibel to get asleep. The furniture is correct but old.
