- Location to the airport
- I stayed here as a solo female for two nights and I will say it was one of the best hotel experiences I?ve had as a solo traveler. I felt very safe. Everyone who works here makes you feel like family. They?re attentive and caring. Highly recommend!
- Hotel employee at the front desk was so very rude to me. She aggressively pushed my key card at me because after she assigned me and my daughter to a room that smelled of fumes and paint, I asked her for a different room. She should be terminated. She yelled
Cons -
- Yes!! I was locked out of the grounds for almost 2 hours before another guest was coming back and let me in. My room was filthy ( I have pictures) and I had no coffee pot as advertised and only one light in the room worked.
- There was working material everywhere, I.E., bricks, paint brushes etc lying in a storage room with the door open. We did not have lights or proper lighting; bulbs were out and when I went to the front desk, hotel employee gave me two bulbs; this is for maint
- Everything. Jesus Christ. I had no electricity in my room for a whole day. How does ONE ROOM lose electricity? I let them know at 12pm and when I came back at 8pm I STILL didn¿t have electricity¿ the showers are super slippery. Dangerous.
