room had a smell to it, very dated room with no sevuirty cameras on the floor When i went down to ask for a few rolls of tolit paper the men there only gave me 1 roll said come back nex tday for a 2 if needed ,Are u seriours what type of cx service

Staff and location!!!

The KITCHEN (Dishes was disgusting and no dishes soap) and the BATHROOM (body wash soap dispenser was empty) was not properly cleaned; The kitchen furniture was old and damage in one part (Diferente from the pictures in the website)

The location, near the subway and next to groceries and restaurants.

There was some ants and the bathroom was a bit old, but really ok for the price.

My daughter lives in Villejuif, so this location was very convenient for visiting her. It also offers excellent metro connectivity, making it easy to reach the top attractions in Paris. The front office executive, Ms. Cloudie, was extremely kind and courteous, always welcoming guests with a pleasant smile. We truly appreciated her hospitality and look forward to staying here again soon.

The kitchenette was on the smaller side and had retro-style appliances, which may feel a bit inconvenient for regular cooking.

Nice area, room is comfortable, suitable to get to main sight-seeing with a few stops from subway. Metro station and supermarket are right near the hotel.

Boths sinks were locked. Water almost didnt get down.Completely rude attitude from one of the receptionist Henry! He doesnt allow to enter the hotel without saying code from the door, even knowing that we are guests from the hotel. To his opinion everyone must remember the code and not to ring the door...he was angry and shouty why we dont know the door code, he didnt let proceed the room until we find this code on some paper. Ridiculous attitude ..

The apartment building is right next to a metro station who's metro line is directly connected to the Louvre and Notre Dame. So transportation-wise it works out quite well. Also there is a super market right underneath the apartment building. So getting any kind of food or groceries is extremely straightforward.

Firstly, so many things in the room were broken. The safe/locker did not work, the closet door was ready to fall off, the dishwasher did not work and the kitchen sink did not drain. We were not informed about any of these issues while checking in. When we reported these issues to the staff, they did fix the locker room and the closet door but with regards to the dishwasher, they just shrugged it off saying it's broken. When we pointed out that without a dishwasher and a draining sink, we were unable to keep the dishes clean, again the staff simply did not care. Additionally, the sofa-bed was super creaky and uncomfortable to sleep in.

Breakfast is good and the price is reasonable.

I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris, especially during the summer

The staff were uncooperative and unprofessional. No assistance was provided when needed. The rooms are only cleaned once every five days, which is inadequate for a hotel. They are not air-conditioned, only equipped with fans, making the nights very uncomfortable—especially during hot weather. Additionally, constant noise makes it difficult to sleep. I do not recommend this hotel if you’re looking for even a basic level of comfort and tranquility.

Spacious, bright, equipped apartments near metro and bus stops. Polite staff. There is a large supermarket in the building, which is very convenient, given the presence of a fully equipped kitchen in the apartment.

You can get water only near the reception. It would be more convenient to have drinking fountains on each floor. There is no air conditioning in the apartment, keep this in mind when traveling in the summer, as it was hot and stuffy to sleep. I do not recommend opening the window at night if the windows face the street. Life is in full swing even at night, so it is quite noisy. Otherwise, everything is great!

It was close to markets and close to the subway.

The room was hot and stuffy. We had one window, and a fan. Normally, we have no problem, dealing with heat and humidity, but there’s no reprieve. At night, it got chilly outside. But the room did not cool off— it was still 85-95 degrees. We slept without sheets, though there was no screen on the window. Luckily there were no mosquitoes.Also, we only had two towels. There were no towels in the kitchen for cleaning or drying dishes or drying hands. This doesn’t matter much until you spill water or coffee. Or, you want to wipe down the counters.
