- 1. There is a weird smell in shower room. Maybe because the pipes are a little stuck.

The Price for 1 Night was excellent, considering the Size and Cooking Facilities offered and so clean
The Lack of any Shower soap. The Lack of any Tea Towels. The lack of any Outside table or Chairs for the Terrace. The EXTREMELY SMALL Breakfast offering, consisting of 3 tiny Danish Pastries, (1 & 1/2 each ???) a 125mm long Single Piece of Bread Stick and some Butter & Straw Jam, tea or coffee. Preordered Continental the night before does not mean that you will get what you request ?
At first, I thought the location and price seemed good.
They took from me 186.00 euros when my flight was cancelled. I was arriving after 8 p.m. the second evening and was refused any help to get into the property after that time. People are better off booking with one of the larger chain hotels.
Nothing I will say
After I paid 45 euros extra on the top of what I paid for the apartment to check in 2 hours earlier I found an old dated apartment, not clean,smelly,1 towel in the bathroom!!A bad experience
The location was quiet and peaceful
This is our 2nd time here. The first time the apt was clean and had toiletries and a better kitchen. This time the apt was dingy, ripped wallpaper, moldy shower, no toiletries or kitchen towels. Coffee pot was very small, dishes were dirty and silverware was dirty and had to be washed. Would of like more comfortable seating in the main room, not enough for 3 people.
The manager was awesome and so accommodating. The food at the restaurant was amazing. Make reservations to make sure they have room. Very large and quiet with walk out balcony. We loved it!
The place was clean and cozy. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
The price for a 3 room apartment was incredible for a Sunday to Sunday week. It was quiet and clean. Located close to train stations, which, although a walk, served Paris every 15 minutes. I was travelling on my own and never once felt unsafe.
Catering for yourself could prove difficult unless you bring the utensils with you (all I had was a 2 ring hob, a microwave, one milk saucepan and a frying pan.) Now I was well able to survive the week, but if you had a family or any more than one, it would have proved very difficult. What isn't said is that this premises is primarily an old folks residence. It does certainly not interfere with your holiday but don't expect to party. It is perfect for a certain age but those very young or with children should carefully consider.I loved the interaction.
a bad experience
Because it was my first time to go to Paris, I found this nursing home and hotel for the elderly. There was a bearded South American man at the front desk and a tall European woman wearing glasses.Because it is a very remote suburb, it takes an hour's drive from the Arc de Triomphe in the city.We need a taxi, On the first day, the South American male waiter called us a taxi, not an Uber, and the cost was very high, to the Eiffel Tower. The second time, it was the European and American service staff who called us a car through Uber (cheap) We needed to go to the airport on the third day, and when we asked for help (we needed a taxi), they decisively refused us. They called taxis for other guests and told us that we didn’t have a taxi. How could the hotel not have a taxi company phone number? This is the most basic thing. If tourists are all the same and don't have taxis, I will accept it, but their behavior is obviously discriminating against us.I advise everyone not to choose this hotel easily.
Spacious appt but not clean. The sofa was stained. I have to used one of the duvet to cover it before using. The worst is inside kitchen cabinet there are vegetables leftovers which started to smell n I have to clear n clean up without towels n produits. Kitchen equipments not complete with necessary n I am not able to prepare a decent meal. Furniture all without handles. Minimum in the bathroom no hairdryer as mentioned. Cannot clean up as no pail n products. First time I paid this price with this prestation. Not very contented at all for this stay. Really need to look into the cleanliness of your appartements n provide the necessary to enable your guests to be able to prepare a decent meal
As mentioned above
Clean, comfortable, with very nice personnel.
The distance from the city centre is significant.
Spacious flat
Bed location as well as breakfast. The place is not for young people and very far from everything.
The apartment is nice, it’s clean, spacious and perfect little place for a long weekend in Paris and great value for money. The staff were nice and the residents polite and friendly. I really enjoyed my stay.
Nothing about the property really other then having working air con or fans in the room would help especially during July when it’s over 30 degrees. Also a few extra kitchen utensils would be great. The location isn’t very far from the city if the metro worked but when it doesn’t it can seem to take a very long time to get back. There are other routes but they include between 20-30min of walking.
Tell me: why would you book a place with kitchenette access? Right, to cook that spaghetti with tomato sauce, feed the kids and done.Well not here. Although we found a kitchenette in our place, that was no cooking utensils at all. No plates, 1 small pan…you can cook a quick coffee , and that’s it. Problem #2: I booked this place months in advance: 2 adults 3 kids. They gave us 2 apartments, 2 floors apart! No way to leave your kids sleeping alone two level above you. We had the camp the five of us in the apartment downstairs.Problem #3: we booked this place (far away from city center), so the kids could enjoy the pool. Pool was not working.Problem #4: less than 48 hours before the trip we got an email (in French) that we should take care of the apartment cleaning by ourselves, otherwise a few of 35 euros would be applied. Why not informing on the time of the booking.??Staying in a cramped apt, no kitchen and no pool, it would be better to rent a small place near city center. The only thing that didn’t turn our stay into a complete nightmare were the two ladies (a young lady for the reception), and the lady who served bkf. Thank you.
Very cozy place in a good and safe location. Villeneuve-le-roi is a very good place. Staff is friendly as much as they can. Oldies in the facility are legend! They are very kind and close to visitors. We liked them very much.Everyday, your breakfast is ready whereever and whenever you want and content is as you wish. That much flexibility is wonderful and very strange to us.Paying for room but renting whole flat. It is very luxory.
If you are using Orly airport. This place is very good and close to stay. Maube 5 minutes from airport. But very far from CDG. It is not easy to find a taxi or uber. You need to wait for this. But don't forget that Villineuve-la-roi RER C train station is just 850 m. You can reach to Paris center easily. But please also don't forget you may suddenly see that station is closed due to staff issues. And in the evenings, not easy to find RER C train everytime. It is changing a lot.And please don't forget to bring shampoo, soap, paper. They were missing in our toom and we bought all them from market (1,5 km)
Everything was very good. Clean, quiet, big rooms, polite and good price. The only downside is the far distance from Paris center that due to almost always traffic is a little bit of a problem. But that is not a reason of rating. If someone wants a room near to center has to pay a lot more. So i can recommend this hotel for someone who wamts to sucrifice distance and chose a value for money stay.
Far from Paris center that due to Paris traffic can be about an hour to travel.
A large apartment with separate bedroom
No towels in our room and none delivered despite us requesting towels - twice. I found hand towels in a staff room and borrowed them.Google maps had difficulty finding a route there
Never ever even for 1 night
I arrived at 8 pm and the complex was closed. I called provided number but automate was only in French and no person took the call. Finally some elder woomen gave me her key so I could open the Gates. The lady did not speak English and she did not want to use google translator to cooperate. Then we got the key and .. the room wad smelly as nobody was using it for months, towels were wet from humidity and stinky as well. Walls had demage wallpaper and the furnitures.. very very old. After check in we were informed the swimminh pool is closed.. We decided to checkout the same day..When spoke with others it turns this complete is in half nursing home. No recomend even for 1 night.
