- Once I got to the hotel , the receptionist didn¿t have my name on their system ! So after an hour he wasn¿t able to find me a room , so I spent the night in my car ! I¿ve explain the matter to my bank so they are blocking the payment. Very bad.

Room is small, toilet flushing issue, however they did send a man around. Limited food options at location but the breakfast was very good.
Nearness to CDG. This was an emergency booking due to adverse weather.

The hotel has a charming traditional exterior and is located in a quiet yet central area of CDG Airport in Paris making it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk staff were friendly. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the strong Wi-Fi connection.
The room was quite small and the furnishings were dated. The mattress was a bit firm and the bathroom could use some maintenance, especially the shower water pressure. Soundproofing was minimal, so noise from the corridor could be heard clearly.

This was like sleeping in a 1950 garage. SHOCKING. Should be condemned!!The common areas have obviously be recently updated and were quite adequate but the rooms ARE NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE!!Cold. No additional blankets. Tiles cracked. Skirting peeling and disgusting. Just terrible. The staff did the best they could

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. It was only a 15 minute drive to Charles de Gaulle airport which was the reason we stayed there.

The staff were amazing. The facilities were good.
No vegan options and the room could have been a bit cleaner. The location was slightly out but it was not a problem for us. I think those with children may struggle
