The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was comfortable with good quality bedding. Having a water dispenser in the lobby was nice.

Very few vegan options, for breakfast I has bread and jam and fruit, for dinner I couldn't see any options that would be suitable. The floor / room I was in was very hot.

Location close to the airport , staff was good and gentle even if the weather conditions blocked the airport and many people looking for a room.

No facilities, no clean as expected , poor breakfast

    The restaurant meals were delicious.

The staff were slow to replace missing items in the breakfast buffet. The restaurant staff in the evening were friendly apart from the main lady running the place, who behaved as though diners were an inconvenience. The gent's toilet in the reception area had no hand soap for three days! The bed would have been comfortable if it were not for the weird covering on the thin mattress topper that felt like plastic under the sheet. The shower had no water pressure (I've stood outside in harder rain). General soundproofing of the building was terrible. Every door closing could be heard and felt as an audible bang, even with ear plugs. No signage anywhere to ask patrons to be considerate of other guests and keep noise to a minimum.

    Good

The contact number person when we had check in issues, the person was rude. We did not receive the check in pin/code as was informed when booking.

The good thing about the hotel is that it is close to the fair.

The room's air conditioning wasn't working. The room was cold.My daughter stayed at the hotel while attending a textile fair. She didn't like the hotel. The staff should be more polite and respectful.

I stay here twice a year. Room Ok but looking very tired. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast good. Dinner facilities VERY POOR. The restaurant is TERRIBLE and there is no option. The location is FANTASTIC.

I wish the restaurant served better food. I always hope it will improve but am always disappointed.

Price is good for Paris and room is decent

Restaurant was closed and had to drive to a mall for food. Which was unnecessary if restaurant was open for business. So it was inconvenient to us. Even we had a rental car but was not planning on this extra drive. No other place around at the hotel.

Nothing really apart from the beds were fairly comfortable

Shabby from the outside, even worse on the inside. Outdated decor throughout, dirty shower, only 2 electrical sockets in the whole room (we had a family room so 2 kids with devices) and if you had an English adaptor then you could only use one at a time because the sockets were too close together. No instructions on how to use the ventilation system, don't think it was Aircon. Poor showers and no hot water. Breakfast was a joke with very little choice, empty jars of what I assume should have been jam and Nutella, no bacon, sausage, beans and believe it or not no cold milk so cereal was a no. Coffee machine didn't work properly with half of the selections unavailable. The 2 staff were next to useless, first you had to find them and then when they did appear they were content to just sit in reception chatting. This hotel needs to be closed and completely overhauled. I will be demanding a full refund. I booked this as I didn't want to stay in Paris and as it was next door to an exhibition complex I assumed it would be of a business standard.

The staff at the desk is wonderful, real MVPs of this hotel. We booked 2 rooms, in both A/C wouldn’t start working unless front desk staff interfered, but they did work.Location was amazing, right by the highway, which was perfect for my needs.Price was decent also.

Fridge in one of the rooms we booked didn’t workAs said in positives, A/C wasn’t working until staff interfered. I couldn’t get both of them going by myself. At first i thought we would need two other rooms.

Reasonable if you're going to the Exhibition Centre or Le Bourget. The hotel is isolated in some sort of "island" surrounded by roads and motorways, so a car is absolutely necessary to get there, and to do anything outside the hotel. The restaurant is closed at weekends, so you'll need to find some other place to eat, and the options nearby are not great - consider driving closer to Paris. The room itself was okay, and the bed was confortable. There's a filtered water fountain next to the reception.Parking is abundant (5€ per day), and there are chargers for electric cars.Overall a reasonable place to stay, but extremely car-dependant.

Everything was okay, if not great. The fact that the restaurant was not opened at weekends was not ideal.Arriving on a Friday evening and then having to get on the car again to look for a place to eat was rather inconvenient.

Breakfast. Food was good and enough. Friendly receptionist

Dirty floors in the room, very small rooms to travel with kids (stroller), couldn’t get there from metro station because the road was closed. Nothing is close to hotel. Had to take taxi to the closest mall. For one night stay is fine but not more.Dirty and sticky tables at the dinning room. No air conditioning at the reception and the dinning room

Hotel room was fit for purpose at the price i paid so no complaints. I used the restaurant on site and it was a good steak and service.

seems a little tired in areas, carpark and surrounding area needs some work

The breakfast was very good. The restaurant for dinner was REVOLTING. INEDIBLE. WORSE THAN LAST YEAR. Bedroom was much shabbier than 6 months ago. Could use a lick of paint. All staff really helpful. Locations is so convenient. The food offer could really use a shake up. It has a ready market but unless you want a basic burger the food was shocking. Thankyou.

    The food offering.
