B&B HOTEL Paris Nord Villepinte

Lovely stay, the staff was welcoming and helpful. The structure was clean and easy instructions around

I liked all

12 mins from airport. Supermarket is walkable and a mall is 12mins away by car. It met my need adequately

Staff very helpful and friendly

Location was not great. Did not feel like a safe area.

The staff is very welcoming and helpful.

Cockroaches in the room.Infiltrated water when it rained.Humidity all over the bathroom with a bad smell.Gypsy camp next to the hotel constantly burning stuff.

Nothing. I even got locked out of the gate and my room when they changed the code and never told me. They don’t care about kids. This hotel or hostel has men all over the floor up all night yelling banging on doors and smoking cigarettes. Then someone opens the window in the hallway and you freeze. The heaters don’t work it blows cold air.

Management ignored my complaint. Every time I went to the front desk they would tell me « I just work here I’m not in charge ». who is ??? No leadership in this hotel. Checked out 2 days early from a week booking after spending 5 nights I was sick and my kids also sick throwing up and flies are also in the room. Least they could do is refund to 2 nights that I wasn’t there. To be associated with this type of behaviour and make deals for this property isn’t a good look and doesn’t make me want to use this app « booking » for allowing this property to behave this way and not take responsibility. What happened is dangerous!! I’m feeling lucky my family made it out alive.

Bad

All of it, refuge camp next door to the site. The refuges walked around in our hotel carpark and near the gates. They used the facilities in the hotel and when approached staff they said and what is your point. This wasn't disclosed to us and as a family we felt unsafe so left

The bathrooms doesn’t have exhaust fans and people are smoking inside. There were Marijuana smells all over.

The parking for my car was good, the breakfast was very good the staff was most helpful.

The air conditioning was not working.

The petit dej was good.

The carpets in the hallways were filthy! The exterior of the property was quite run down and there was a trashed, rather large abandoned restaurant in the parking lot. The drive-up gate code for exiting the property was broken so you had to get out of your car and walk outside the gate to use the exterior code pad. It was raining heavily, so not cool at all. Just fix it! Also, finding the place was a bit of a nightmare.

Simple but clean. Friendly staff. Fresh linen. Continental breakfast adequate.

The surroundings were odd. Derelict buildings and a campsite next to the hotel.

The room was clean and fine for the 1 night.

Rooms very dated and need updating we had a quadruple room so not much space at all and one of the lights in our room had a live wire out of it... not situated in great area either.

Only beds were comfortable

Bad smell in the room , very small room,

Room was clean, good breakfast.staff was helpful in the morning.

Room was upstairs but no Lift ,no one at the reception to help with check in.no one at the hotel gate ,had to walk from the gate with suitcase at the middle of the night.
