    Pros +

    • Short ride to RDG Airport and felt safe
    • price. it's inexpensive so don't expect a lot. it was clean, it was comfortable, it was small. but it had everything i needed and it was cheap.
    • Only price. Only good for extreme cheap skates or young back packers. Too small for families or choosy tourists.

    Cons -

    • Dirty, loud, small pillows, and room had no towels when we arrived.
    • distance from city centre. it was a long drive out of the city.
    • No shuttle. It costs about 13 euros for round trip on train and bus and takes about an hour from CDG. A car would be much better. The room was clean and new but extremely small, meant for back packers and hard budget tourists. Not for seniors or disabled

The cleanliness and diligence of the staff to keeping things clean.

Maybe the fact the staff didn't speak much English. That wasn't horrible but s little difficult.

Stuff quickly agreed to reimburse my two nights that I refused to stay, because it was bad.

The room is very small, extremely small. The lighting in the room is very dull. It felt like I lived in the basement. The room goes directly outside, the cold from the street was going to the room. There was no shampoo or shower or even soap (the soap tube was empty). I asked to change it twice and nobody did. Also, hot water was there and then wasn’t, but stable at all.

    Staff, restaurant near by, location

1st room they gave me air conditioner was not turning on, in 2nd room it was running but room did get cold at all I run it all night, they couldn’t change the room because hotel was full, the outside temperature was 30*C and room temperature was 32*C, they say it’s an AC but I think it’s just a fan very little air was coming out and it was not cold. My kids and me was awake all night I sometimes open the door to get some cold air from outside. I never experienced anything like that in my whole life I usually don’t write reviews but for this I had too

Spartan room for a spartan budget. The room is pretty bare-bones with only the absolute essentials, but that's the price point it's at too. Beds were comfortable enough. Rooms are older but clean. Plenty of space for luggage (traveling solo - might be tight to fit 3 people's worth in the 3-bunk room). Bathroom/toilet is slightly bigger than an airplane bathroom, but does what it needs to do. Only hand soap and towels are provided, so bring your own toiletries. Easy access to public transportation to the airport, which is what I really needed.

Only one outlet in the room - fine for myself but would be challenging if traveling with other people. Room was very dim and one of the lights was burned out. Breakfast wasn't really worth the 6.5 euro - buy yourself some food from the supermarket across the street instead. No soundproofing in rooms - I really recommend bringing earplugs or you'll hear everything outside. I'd love to see them add a mini fridge and a safe to the rooms, it'd be a lot more convenient.

I only liked that it was near the airport

This property states that they have WiFi, which is a main reason I book a property, because I absolutely need this for work. For my whole 3-day, 2-night stay, the WiFi was “down” and this caused me a lot of stress and issues. I was not able to work. The facility really had no solution for me, except that if I left they would reimburse that night. Of course, I did not have a last minute place to stay, so I had to stay. I spoke with booking.com who tried hard to get in contact with the facility, though the facility did not respond to any emails or calls, even after I asked them to in person. I was at a huge loss to not have WiFi. The AC also did not work yet and it was very hot. The facility and room were all dirty and staff was not friendly. This was a bad experience and no compensation offered by the facility. Booking.com gave a small compensation in their own behalf for the WiFi not working. Did not enjoy this hotel at all.

The location was good. They had arrangements for late check In also

The room was having used paper and toilet was blocked with a big bunch of paper roll. I went around 1 AM in the morning to the person who handed the Key. He was not part of the accommodation we stayed, but he helped immediately by notifying a person to immediately clean the block. The water spilled out of the toilet.

The mini bar is the best n the lift is good and the indoor hotel spa is amazing Mention the code whiskey for a free magnum

They didn’t have a mini bar or a spa

What I liked the most was the bed, big and comfortable, and the fact that we had a (tiny) bathroom in the bedroom. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The distance from Paris centre and specially the traffic congestions.

Wifi was in the hotels options but was not available in Hotel! Even when i asked for the internet they told me NO!

Nothing as the alarm was going off at 4 am for quiet a while.. it was absolutely boiling and the windows don't open.. the door doesn't lock properly.. good if you're just spending one night.

The room was to cramped, no where to put our luggage..you get wet when sat in the toilet as the shower was dripping.. no windows opened so the room was boiling, the alarms constantly going off.

Great staff and hotel chain. However, no towels were in my room. I only realised late at night when there was no staff there.

    No towels

Bed was comfortable, location was okay, room was clean, window had metal shutter, food served at breakfast was okay

-Room is way too small !-No toilet brush, -Breakfast consisted of bread, cake, yoghurt, tea/coffee, and OJ.-Restaurant (idk if affiliated) was randomly closed cause chef was not in.

The hotel is located quite close to the airport, I do not like that it does not have an elevator to pack your bags and that the room is too small to move around. but you find everything very close and inside the place there are parking and restaurants 24/7
