very close to the concert I attended. Nice staff. All you needat a reasonable price. Bed was more confortable than your average budget hotel. Staff was very welcoming.

A bit far from the airport and the Areoville mall but we had a car so it wasn't really an issue

I wasn't familiar with this brand, and the location isn't right next to the airport or Paris, but I'm glad I booked this and not another hotel. Their commitment to an attentive and informed service more than made up for it. The receptionist was friendly, offering tips for nearby restaurants, shops and the RER. There's a paid shuttle from the airport, but you really don't need it - the website has a clear map showing a shortcut to walk to the RER station. The hotel's wooden decor gives it a classic, British feel - much cosier than the bold, geometric designs of many transit hotels. The spacious shower with multiple spouts is a fun highlight. Coffee, tea, kettle, safe and AC were all provided.

One missing lightbulb in the bed light, and the towels were a bit worn. I assume this is part of their eco-friendly approach - not everything has to be new, and it was all clean and well-kept. Check the restaurant is indeed open if you want to use it on the day you are there. Overall, a comfortable and honest stay.

I was very impressed with the kindness of the staff. I was a little worried about staying at the hotel on my first day in France, but I was able to relax.

The air conditioner's outdoor unit was making a loud noise, and the shaking was causing the paintings on the wall to rattle.

Close to the airport, free parking, was the only hotel I could find that was specifically "no pets allowed" (allergy concerns).

It was pretty bad. The shower sprayed all over the bathroom, the sink was leaking. The room was so tiny that we could barely move around. The soundproofing was non-existent - we could hear every word spoken in the next room and in the hallway. I had to talk my husband out of packing up and finding somewhere else :). Luckily it was just for one night before our flight back home.

Room was nosiy you could hear guests talking loudly, tv on and also when they woke very early to shower and dry hair felt like it was in your room so not very restful, kept awake at night and woken early as walls were so thin plus that connecting door did not have any sound proof. had to knock on door to ask them to talk quieter but think it was normal level just walls too thin.hair dryer didnt workDidnt bath as it looked really dirty. Marks on bath and the spa jet things things looked clogged with dirt. love a bath at night so disspapointed.

They had a dinner buffet that was mostly cold food.The thermostat for the room was right above heater, I had to hold curtains back around the cold window to fool the thermostat into thinking the room wasn't warm to keep the heat working

Water heater problem 4 times out of 9 I did not have hot water for shower

The closeness to the fair grounds is great.

The room was not always cleaned and never vacuumed.

The food variety was good considering is a cheap hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the buffets for lunch are very very good!

The room was exceedingly HOT. It advertised as having an air conditioner however that did not work. It was very removed from anything which made it hard to go to some other place to eat or get food for meals. The meals served at the hotel were low quality. They were overcooked and pretty much tasteless and limp.

The room was exceedingly HOT. The room air conditioner could not bring the heat down to keep us from sweating. The covers on the bed had the thick comforters on the bed and we had to get the comforter out of the sheet cover and sleep just in the sheet. There was barely enough room for our suitcases on the floor and it was a room for 3 and there was just 2. 3 people would have been impossible. The hotel was located far from amenities and it was hard to find places to eat or pick up food. We ended up eating at the buffet and we were greatly disappointed in the food. It was mostly overcooked and limp food. We did not make the mistake the second night.
