The room is completely unsanitary, unmaintained, and presents severe health and safety .The ventilation system is covered in heavy, toxic black mold, forcing me to breathe infected air in a closed room

I didn't like the fact that I messaged ahead of time the hotel that i am reaching the hotel by 12.30 AM and if i am able to do an early check-in and without paying, i was surprised that the receptionist didn't accept and i was forced to pay 2 nights, i had to agree because i was arriving early morning and the hotel location is bit far from central Paris

Bed was comfortable.

Hello. I want to report this hotel for fraud. We had a reservation on 10/31 for one night for me and my wife and our 6 month old baby. We went to this hotel around 16>30 on 31.10. First of all the service was terrible and we almost wringed our hands that we had to pay immediately before even seeing the room we reserved. We paid 136 euros for the room, 18.2 euros for breakfast and 5.6 euros tourist tax. We have all the receipts for all of this. We got the key from the room which is in terrible condition. These are two small rooms with a shared bathroom and toilet, and they charge you for a suite, which is completely absurd. We go inside the room and the heating was not working, it was about 12 degrees no more. We managed to sit for no more than 10 minutes and went down to the reception again. I asked for my money immediately but was refused. I had to send an email with bank details and within 48 hours they would refund our money. I have all the emails and correspondence, proof that they don't even respond. Every day I call the hotel and they just tell me tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow, I want to talk to a boss, it's not possible. Complete scammers, I want to file a police complaint as well and report these scammers wherever possible. I will upload a pictures of what is broken and what baby bed they give us. Very dirty and broken one. They will not give us our money thats 100 percent, but to see everyone what they make it. Bathroom was with no words!

A dirty, seedy, dated place to stay with obnoxious members of staff. The photos do not represent the hotel. You can hear the pipes running water, and you can hear people next door. The curtains were hanging off the fixings, cigarette burns on the bath, all the fixings in the room were either broken or hanging off. The area is a place to avoid
