The personal was very kind and the room was comfortable. Everything was working properly.

There was a bit of notice from outside, but it is absolutely ok

The bed was very comfortable, the staff were welcoming, and the breakfast was enjoyable.

The room was extremely dirty, full of spider webs, and the shower tiles looked as though they hadn’t been cleaned for quite some time. The bathroom light stayed on constantly due to a broken motion sensor, and there was no way to lock the room from the inside.

For the price of one night it was okay

Just took awhile for me to get checked in but was understandable with staff being on the phone with someone for a long time

distance from everything, sharing bathrooms, stains in rooms, Bed sheets were ripped, TV didn’t work, Wet patch under the bed.

Little trouble faced in paarc de expo gate opening after travelling from hotelf1 to get access to rer b line for paris.however later resolved .

Location was pretty good, close to the airport, although very difficult to get to.

Very dirty. Some kind of blood like sticky red substance on the floor. Hair on the mirror, extremely dirty under the bed, boot marks on the walls, and no power, lights or electricity in the morning. Had to pack and get dressed in the dark. Heater didn’t work.

Nothing. It’s absolutely disgusting.

Small, smells, not enough facilities in the room, no shower gel, too dusty other lodgers were smoking drugs which was biggest issue.

Bed sheets were clean.

The shared bathroom was the only option available when I booked, but it was in very poor condition — dirty, with visible stains, and without basic supplies like soap.The bedroom itself was also disappointing: simple but unclean, with stained walls and sink. The bed and pillows were of very low quality, making it uncomfortable to rest.During my 3-night stay, I couldn’t sleep at all. The stairs door downstairs makes loud noises every time someone enters or leaves, and the large gap under my room door let in so much light that the room was lit up all night.Even the building facade looked neglected, with peeling paint and no signs of proper maintenance. Overall, the place felt unhygienic and poorly cared for.

The location was good.

There were no elevators so if you have luggage it is hard to take upstairs. The rooms were very small.

Staff was very friendly and patient. They were wiling to accommodate my request for a ground floor room. The front desk was open late.

It felt difficult to get to. At first it appears the property may not be accessible. I think this could easily be remedied with more prominent signage.

It's okay, it's a small hotel, just what you need in between flights. Also it's within a walking distance from Parc des expositions train station which is ideal to approach the airport

I arrived late and the taxi driver took a long time figuring out the way to access the hotel, seems like at night you have to find another route. Maybe I'm not a big fan of wc sharing situation, but it's way better than waiting at CdG airport.

Nice steak restaurant next to it

Sheets weren’t fitted properly, expensive for what you get, stains on bedding and walls, wax on bathroom floor, shower took an age to warm up.

Too noisy. Someone had the tv on on high volume for more than a couple of hours at 3am in the morning

Rooms and bed were very small . No breathing space

Absolutely cannot recommend any one as very small space when I compare with the other propert where I shifted after staying for 3 night.

Rudimentary with shared bathrooms. Clean.
