This is a senior citizen home which is okay, because you get a furnished apartment instead of a hotel room which translates into cheaper food costs if you choose, the bed was comfortable, tv in main room and bedroom.

No air conditioning, and no screens on the windows, we stayed last part of August and the temps were high 70?s to mid 50?s at night dew pts in the 50?s so comfy we used the severe weather window cover as screens but bugs were not much of a problem.

The location is good for attending exhibition. Whole environment is great. The apartment is spacious.

The door key for accessing the building is not working. When I arrived, it's a senior home, but it means safe and quiet, I like it. But maybe this reason, they lock the glass door every night, so when I back to apartment after dinner or working at around 10:30or 11:00, it is closed and I need to find someone to open the door for me.

It was in a nice area. Very quiet. Clean.

The apartment was inside a senior assisted living facility. There was no air movement (despite advertising that the property had air conditioning) so we had to open the windows - and got bit by mosquitoes all night long. Communication from the hosts was practically nonexistent & there were no instructions on how to check in or check out.

Terrible and I’d like a refund since I had to last minute pivot and find a different place to stay.

The facility was a senior center, not a hotel. This was clearly a scam.

The property is very clean, located in a calm area, and conveniently close to CDG airport.

We were not informed in advance that this was an elderly home. In addition, there was no one at the reception when we arrived, and the parking instructions were unclear.

Convenient to airport with a park and playground nearby, as well as an artisinal boulanger.

Spacious apartment in a good location (near is the shopping center, park and metro). The quiet part of the city and close to Le Bourget and CDG. In the kitchen was everything you can need except water (it was in the buffet downstairs). Good Wi-Fi connection. Keep in mind that the residence itself is the senior residence and your neighbors will be cute and nice old ladies and gentlemen.

The apartment wasn’t clean (dust on the floor, some trash under the table and in the bathroom). In the bathroom there wasn’t a shower gel in shower. No air conditioner, open window create a big problems with mosquitoes bc of no net on the windows. In the description of the apartment was a mention about the swimming pool. Exactly in the day we stayed swimming pool was closed. The personnel didn’t speak English well and there was some problems with communication.

Clean and close to the airport.

Given that it's a senior's home, it feels a bit out of place as a young family to stay. However, it was a convenient option to rest a night here after a long haul flight.

Location close to Charles de Gaulle Airport was perfect for an overnight stay. The room was large with modern furnishings and high quality bed linens and towels. Kitchenette was well equipped with full fridge, coffee maker, electric teapot and microwave. Bathroom was clean and modern with toiletries and hairdryer. Grounds were clean. Staff were friendly, warm and welcoming. There’s a beautiful forest park across the street and 2 lovely bakeries, one across the street and the other around the corner. Parking was easy and secure in underground garage and was free! This is our second stay. We love coming here after long holidays in France where we have to repack on our way back to USA.

When we showed up, the lady at reception could not find our reservation and it took a long time for her to agree that we had a reservation and give us keys for our rooms. Otherwise, the property was exceptional.

We booked the 2 bedroom apartment. It was much bigger than expected. Very clean.2 bakeries close by that open at 0700 until the evening.Great value. Parking underneath the building with lots of space. 2 big malls 15 min drive away.Liked the blinds in the bedroom.

Heating is at a high temperature and can only be regulated by closing the radiator all together.Some explanation in advance as to how to get to the garage etc would have been appreciated: (park in the street, check in at the reception first, then get the key to the garage)

There is a free underground car park for guests staying there. Very spacious apartment but the single bed was too narrow for my liking. 20mins drive to CDG, only 10mins walk to a big carrefour.

The room was very big, having a double bed would be nice.

Very clean and modern, swimming facilities were lovely, jets in the swimming pool and flotation devices available, Apartment was spacious and balcony had a fairly good view of the street, free underground parking is a must, easy walk to Paris Train connections

Didn’t realise it was a senior living complex but not the hotels fault we just didn’t put research into it, made us early 20s folk out of place but no harm there :)

The amenities are incredible! Pool, sauna, gym, relaxation room... The apartments are huge! Everything is very clean People are welcoming :) All you need at walking distance and CDG at 15min drive

Wasn't clear we needed to check in at the senior residential building, so we looked a little bit around before finding it.. but other than that, very good

Very good size room, very clean and modern. Friendly staff, easy indoor parking and convenient. Stayed for two nights, wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy their indoor pool

We booked a 1 BHK studio apartment. It was so well maintained and clean, spacious, private for couples. The kitchen was neatly set to cook, bake or oven, make coffee or refrigerate. The location is close to the international Airport terminals. Totally enjoyed our stay. The price is reasonable. Value for money.

Nothing at all

The reception area was welcoming, and the swimming pool was well-maintained. The apartment was clean, and the 24/7 staff were friendly and helpful. The overall atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and the meeting room facilities were excellent. Everything was very nice and well-organized.

It was far too cold, and we weren’t able to turn the heating on ourselves, They do it themselves whenever they want … Other than that, everything was perfectly fine.

Property was beautiful, very clean; facilities were quite modern.

The night time desk clerk was not available to let us in at in the evening, leaving us to stand outside in the cold for quite some time. We booked with Booking.com, and received a room for single occupancy though we paid for a room for two. My wife and I had a rather miserable night trying to sleep on a bed that was clearly intended for one person. The mistake was corrected the next day.
