Friendly staff, great buffet breakfast, convenient to CDG and the city

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. I woke up with a stiff back each morning. I would not have been ankle to sleep there more than 2 nights.

The room was clean and relatively large, which is a positive point. Unfortunately, despite this, several basic comfort and facility issues made our stay disappointing and far below expectations, especially considering we were traveling with a young child.

The liquid soap in the toilet was completely empty and had not been refilled before our arrival, indicating a lack of proper room inspection.Despite increasing the heating, the room remained cold. This was particularly uncomfortable and unacceptable as we were staying with a young child.Please keep in mind that the official check-in time is 4:00 PM, which is quite late. When I asked whether an earlier check-in was possible, I was informed that early check-in from 11:00 AM would cost an additional €24 and would still depend on availability. The room and toilet is separated by a sliding door that is completely open at the bottom and offers no sound insulation at all. This results in a total lack of privacy, as all sounds from the toilet can be clearly heard in the room, which is very uncomfortable!

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE! Staff were not welcoming the hallways were dark and smelly. The room is so dirty and the shower is terrible. They keep the water heater inside the room and it kept leaking all night. AC did not work. They don’t even have an automatic door to the hotel. Lights in the elevator were broken. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. It is not worth the few dollars you are saving.

The staff were wonderful, room was large and clean, and had everything I needed and more for a couple of night's stay. They are dog friendly and very accommodating. The surrounding area has many walkable streets with stores and restaurants and is very safe. It is also less than a 5 minute walk to Le Bourget Airport which made the trip extremely convenient.

worst ending to a great trip

a real listing and rating would have been helpful. This is a 1 star hotel, not 4 as listed on google maps or the booking.com description as a 3 star hotel. Bed hard , small pillows, shutter on window, old AC stale air blowing from it unhealthy!! Plus restaurant was closed due to no staff??

Convenient for CDG, super friendly staff, good value, room for 4.

The staff was friendly , the location near to the airport

The room has a strange smell.the A/C has a loud noise. there was no sufficient stores, restaurants, etc… near to the hotel.

Everything was excellent! The service was amazing and the staff was really helpful in all ways.

There’s no iron in the rooms unfortunately but the staff made it easy with the separate room for laundry/ironing

Great location, lots of good food options (halal friendly too)! Parking available at a price, hotel was clean, lovely staff and late check-out until 2pm available. Ironing facilities are available in the laundry room.

Parking was on the pricier side and car park very congested, and unfortunately the lift to our floor did not work had to walk down a level and then get lift from there.

Nothing, disappointing

DISSAPOINTED, IT WAS IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP, I COULDNT SLEEP BECAUSE OF THE NOISE, AT THE TIME OF CHECKOUT THERE WAS NO ONE IN THE DESK AND THE UBER CHARGE ME MORE BECAUSE THEY WERE WAITING FOR ME AND I COULDNT GO I START CALLING BUT NOTHING, ALSO FOR MY SURPRISE THERE WAS POLICES IN THE HALL. CERO RECOMENDATION, FIRST AND LAST TIME. One more thing, when I was about to take the elevator to check out, the elevator was not working, horrible experience

The neighborhood felt uncomfortable, not an area you would go for a walk at night. The restraunt was closed even on a Sunday.

Everything. The room and the staff were fantastic. The staff was always smiling and courteous, they couldn't have been more helpful. Loved the room - nice firm bed and comfortable furniture.

Nice, quiet and cosy. It is also quite near to Charles de Gaulle Airport, which is about 20 minutes drive.

Limited parking space for those driving.

Very close to the airport with a 24 hour reception. Nice beds and has a kitchen with fridge. You can find something to eat around

The Suna was not working and the gym is tiny and the machines are old

Pleasant

We were disturbed at night by other guests, Who also had a key to our room. This really disturbed our night and the kids were scared another person might enter in the night. The next morning staff apologized.

The Guy receptionist wearing glasses (I forgot to ask his good name) but he was always on duty from afternoon up til late evening and the guy from breakfast buffet. Both of them are nice and accommodating and strong Wifi connection. Other than Estoy mal!

FIRST OF ALL MY HUSBAND AND I STAYED IN RM.130 - WE RESERVED FOR A ONE-BEDROOM APARTMENT INSTEAD A TWIN BED WAS GIVEN TO US ON OUR CHECK-IN DATE BECAUSE THERE WAS NO AVAILABLE ROOM. I MEAN WHAT’S THE POINT OF EVEN HAVING A RESERVATION IN THE FIRST PLACE. FURTHERMORE, ALTHOUGH THE HAIRDRYER WAS PROVIDED BUT IT’S SO FILTHY DIRTY! WE EVEN HAD TO CLEAN IT UNFORTUNATELY IT DIDN’T CAME OFF SINCE IT LOOKS LIKE IT’S BEEN THERE FOR AGES. DRYING RACK FOR TOWELS NOW EVEN WORKING. WE ASKED POLITELY TO REPAIR IT AND TOLD US IT’S GOING TO BE REPAIRED ON THE NEXT DAY BUT IT DIDN’T CAME. FURTHERMORE, THE HEATER IN THE BEDROOM WAS WORKING FINE ON OUR FIRST NIGHT BUT STOPPED WORKING COMPLETELY. THEY PROVIDED FOR A HEATER THAT MADE THE FREEZING NIGHT BEARABLE. LASTLY, THE SHOWER RACK FOR SHAMPOO AND OTHER ESSENTIALS ARE BROKEN SO WE HAD TO PUT OUR ESSENTIALS ON THE BATHROOM FLOOW. NEVERTHELESS, THE PEOPLE ARE HOSPITABLE BUT WE STRONGLY SUGGEST TO WORK ON THE CLEANING AND SANITARY MANAGEMENT.

Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had a problem with the mirror light, in the bathroom. I informed the reception desk of the situation and they called the maintenance. They were not able to fix that light but they replaced the light on the roof with a brighter one trying to minimize the problem. I liked that.

Well located hotel near the city center. Some cafés and markets near the hotel. Good parking available. The apartment was large with all amenities. Recommended for short stays near the airport.

Breakfast offered was minimal for the asking price. The bistro café was open only a few hours a day.
