The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I was there for only one night but I had a great experience.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel

    6IsabellePosted on: 3-22-2024

The area was very close to the function we attended.

No fridge or coffee corner, the room are very small

We often stay in this hotel and it is really good value for money. It's decent place close to small shopping mall, restaurants, cafes and a train station. We recommend it.

Location for Stade de France was great, easy to get tram direct to the ground

Parking was a bit tricky in the underground car park. Area not good for food/cafe/restaurants.

The staff member on reception was excellent, welcoming and helpful on arrival - and spoke excellent English (which saved me (and him!) from my embarrassing French). Although I used public transport from the city centre, which took a bit of negotiating, the hotel is relatively easily reached if you're confident on different forms of transport (which, in Paris, is readily available - metro, trams, bus and trains are all interchangeable). The hotel is in a quiet area and the room was very quiet. The room was spotless, the bed comfortable. And the breakfast, although a 'basic' continental one, was good - and the highlights were being able to cook your own soft/hard boiled eggs, the fresh bread and - a marvel - real fresh fruit, including freshly prepared grapefruit and orange.

The bathroom was very small, but very functional. And the water was instantly hot, so that was excellent. My room also had a tiny window - but it did have one at least!

Reception staff were extremely helpful. Breakfast was good. Location suited perfectly as we were going to a match in Stade de France

    8MikePosted on: 7-31-2023

Convenient, available, and a good value

Remote from where we wanted to be

    5RobPosted on: 7-21-2023

Location was near the centre and not so much noise from outside in the room. Quiet rooms. Good breakfeast with a lots of variety of foods.

When we arrived - the booking we had was for 2 single rooms. We booked 2 double rooms next to each other. They could not find. Checkin was therefore almost 1 hours. Also the aircon was not working. They say they only put on in July of the year. We were there end of May.

Close to la seine a velo route. Close to RER train station to go into Paris.

Slow service at check in. Conference next day meant usual bike storage not available, so had to put them in a room accessible by customers.

Good location, nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and enough large for 2 adults, interior parking and safe.I recommend this location.

The entrance and exit from underground parking to tight but manageable. No other remarks.

10 minutes walk to a Steakhouse, a Grill, Burger King and the Metro. Fairly good but repetitive Breakfast.

I was overcharged and the room was way overpriced. i was charged €717.24 for a tiny basic room with no special amenities. Not complimentary bottled water, no fridge kn room, no kettle for basic tea, no gym. jn facility, no security. Even no viewing holes st the door to know who's knocking before opening. I had a sour experience as the Staff were most friendly to French speaking tourists. If you are only English speaking like me, you will experience a total disconnect. The hotel is in partnership with Booking.com to rip off unsuspecting tourists with their price. The entrance to the hotel and inside compound was very dirty and dingy. The amenities in the room are begging for a face lift. To pay 717 euros for this sham of a room is horrific and nauseating. I may ever be coming back and definitely not with the family. If you are an English speaking tourist, never stay here and do not book your reservation via Booking.com.

    Awful staff

The staff was awfulVery rude and shouted at us as we arrived at night for our check in and no one was at the desk.We had to call on the landline for someone to come and yell at us.Probably my worst experience so far.

    8BerlinePosted on: 10-13-2022

    Location, the staff.

I like most aspects of it .But expecting more decoration from the look a bit old fashion.

    9ARULANANDANPosted on: 10-6-2022

Very nice stay, nice hotel and it is close to Metro orange line

No coffee maker kettle in room

    7WassadidiPosted on: 9-29-2022

I was expecting to have a kettle in the room for a hot drink at night when the restaurant is closed.

The taxi service was poor it took more than half an hour for a driver to get us.

    6NdiayePosted on: 9-19-2022

The taxi driver never shows up and amount was deducted from my card. This is totally unfair and must be refunded as soon as possible

    7NicoPosted on: 9-13-2022

Easy access to Stade de France by Tram. Tram stop is 300m away. Ideal if you plan to attend a match or concert there. They have secure parking garage.

Room was not too spacious but it was enough since we only stayed 1 night.
