SUN1 Edenvale

I only liked the staff..

Everything from too high toilet.. Aircon.. Too low bed.. Everything was junk

beds uncontable. dirty bed sheets. bathroom too tiny. rooom smelling

Wifi

No fridgesNo milk for coffee or teaNo cleaning until we sign outTV wasnt playing

Location

No microwave No fridge

The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

It was a bit challenging finding the entrance since it’s tucked at the back. However it was easier once you saw it. Perhaps visible big signs toward the place especially when driving at night would be really helpful.

The Staff are always friendly the grounds and entrance, reception area is incredible clean and neat.

The showers are spotless clean they just need to Re enamel the floor of the shower. Absolutely loved my stay.

Well located to my end point

Staff attitudes terrible, they chill on reception front desk and chairs where one would assume are reserved for guests. Eat, talk and play cellphone movies loudly at reception

Nothing at all, the water was cold the whole time, the sockets were not working, the tv was not working and i had to be moved to a room with bad sockets, the wifi was poor, the other room had sheets with blood stains, i asked that the manager call me and they never did.

The toilets did not have brushes to wash the toilet after using

The room was clean

Vending machine empty. Tv and aircon not working properly.

Location good

Microwave, stove, cutlery and crockery

Staff is always welcoming & Friendly. Close to the Highway & not to far from a shopping centre

On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Well done ma'am

Very disappointed as the facility has declined compared to previous stays at Sun1 Edenvale. There were no cokes/chips/etc in the vendor machine. The coffee machine when pressed the coffee with milk had no milk. The morning receptionist was not very hospitable at all. I will not return to Sun1 ever again!

Clean, Staff were friendly , Met our needs.

Location and clean

Passages smell bad , aircon not working

The bed

TV channel, bathroom shower flash always non stop, smelling bad, room 214 and 219, no Wi-Fi.

Price too expensive..poor Wi-Fi...no breakfast...

Price is too expensive

Quite, warm water, accessible

Cooling system not so good

Conveniently located

Not clean smells funny and too cramped, don’t see a need for the bunker beds coz it’s so cramped that u can’t breathe in the rooms

The location is great

Its too old falling apart needs some renovation and they where cockroaches.

The lady at reception was kind to let us charge our phones at her desk.

Theres no plugs available in the rooms for charging our phones.
