Heart Hotel Arlberg

Location was ok, facilities were okRoom was basic but ok.Personnel was polite

Buffet/diner was very poor, coffee awful.Very crampy ski room, no skibooth heaters, system to store the skis not handy at all If you are not Danish, you don't feel welcome.

my single room was upgraded to a large double with great views and a balcony.very good selection for breakfast in a comfortable dining room.all the staff were very pleasant helpful and knowledgeable as regards any guests requirements.i hope to return asap

Disappointing

Deceitful money grabbing charging a ridiculous fee for tap water, despite no mention of this cost anywhere. Bath/shower didn’t drain, nothing done about this when raised. Bathroom wasn’t clean when I arrived.

Great hotel in the heart of St. Anton. Big rooms with everything you need. We got an upgrade which was very good:) nice wellness area after a day if skiing for relaxation. Helpful staff.

The size of the room was spacious, and the location of the hotel was just a short walk to the Nasserrien lift.

The quality of dinner. Meats were always dry.. you also have to pay 3 Euros for a bottle of tap water because they claimed it went through a charcoal filter.

Food was nice, staff friendly and price really great!

Perfect location w nice view, in the main street of St Anton. We had a large room, a newly return is her bathroom. Half Board was delecious.

The bed / matrasses could have been harder and the pool was small, nor as nice as the rest of the spa

The rooms were spacious and warm. All the staff were fantastic. Food was delicious. Great swimming pool and sauna. Short walk to Nasserein, ski hire and ski lift and down to main town for restaurants and Spar.

Great choice at breakfast and dinner with very attentive staff. Nice wellness area but naked sauna was off putting!Live music and Gala Buffet dinner were exceptional!

View from the windows was good, but a bit spoiled by a big car park and a main street

An absolutely fantastic hotel , seeing as i got 9 days halfboard ..and a double room for single occupancy.. i cannot fault The Hotel Arlberg .. the meals and service was amazing..the hotel is in a prime position in St.Anton..I had the most amazing experience..just a top class hotel .

Asked to move rooms as you could hear the lift though the wall of the first room (room 510). Wasn't a major problem except at night and even then only for lighter sleepers (was with 2 kids). Probably something they could fix with insulation. Nevertheless they moved us without fuss so still very happy overall experience.

Everything! Clean, comfortable and cosy. Staff friendly and helpfull. The room was spacious with a balcony and a view to the mountain. Food was delicious.

Food was unbelievable, Great location and the staff absolutely superb especially Marina and Thomas who served us the majority of our stay. Would 100% go back and recommend

Very welcoming atmosphere and helpful friendly and attentive staff. Excellent food for breakfast and evening meals were extra special.

There wasn't anything not to like.Hotel is positioned just a short stroll away from town with all facilities close to hand.

everything was perfect. Clean and cozy room, excellent food, staff very friendly and helpful, location is close to the lift, and to the village centre, but also remote enough to have quiet nights. Sauna and swimming pool was very useful after a full day on the slope.
