Valluga Hotel

We had very pleasant stay here. We drove from Prague and arrived at Valluga after 12:00 am and I was kind of worried that how we will collect the keys. However, staff was amazing and they arranged the keys at the entry for people who are coming late. It was very smooth. When we reached to our rooms, we really loved it. It were luxury modern rooms with all facilities. We really liked it. There is free parking available for guests. Staff was also very helpful and friendly. Location of Valluga is very good.

Everything was good.

+ Very friendly, helpful and professional staff,+ Great facilities, including spa with 2 saunas, steam room and infrared cabin, swimming pool, small, but efficiently equipped gym, and games room including billiard table+ Great selection of dishes at breakfast,+ Very tasty meals (a la carte) for lunch and dinner,+ Good location in St. Anton,+ Amazing value for the price that we paid in the off-season (late September)

The only things I could complain about:- High temperature (definitely more than 25 degrees Celsius) in the relaxation room in the spa, making it difficult to cool down between the sauna sessions,- Portions from a la carte menu tended to be small for me.Otherwise it was perfect.

The quiet, the cleanliness, the professionalism and kindness of the staff. The cleaning service was impeccable. The spa and pool were amazingly beautiful .

The hotel and room were nice. The only problem was checkout was on my birthday and they refused to give me a late checkout. I checked out late without their permission at 12.30. No cleaner even came so it would have not been a problem anyway. Thought that was very rude!

one of the relax station (beds) in the pool did not work, not a big deal but it should be fixed.

Excellent return visit, the room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were all superb, the spa is first class, can’t wait to return.

The amenities were great, the breakfast was delicious and the selection is wide. The location is great and the fact that they allow you to use spa after checking out is amazing.

The staff could be a little more attractive, we asked for a bottle of water twice but never received it .

Excellent facilities, food and staff.

Beautiful rooms and bathroom was awesome . We also loved the very well designed and cozy areas/lounges to sit , gather with family and friends , play a little bit of pool . The staff were amazing , friendly, helpful , courteous , especially the staff in the dining room , and the drivers who sent us to the ski lifts each morning .

Pool was beautiful but would be great if water was warmer .

Evening menu is overpriced and unfavorable comparing to other restaurants and venues in the nearby area Indoor pool can be overheated during winter season

The Hotel was excellently presented, well located between Nasserein and Galzig and short walks from the center. The Restaurant served incredible meals every evening and the staff truly made our trip perfect. Every effort was made to ensure we had an amazing honeymoon.

Only recommendation would be the option for a memory foam pillow as the pillows were quite uncomfortable for someone who struggles with neck pain.

Breackfast, Pool, Spa, Interior

We had a lovely room with surprising facilities (complementary bottle of wine for example). Breakfast was full of options, and quite delicious. The spa and pool were amazing places to relax. Lovely cosy bar as well. We didn't have evening meals at the hotel but I've no doubt they would have been lovely if we had! The staff that we met were fabulous. Large lounges are available for relaxing and looked lovely although again, we didn't quite have the opportunity to use them. All in all, so many positives!

There was nothing to dislike.

Exceptional, friendly staff who took great care of us. Inviting pool and wellness area(though it took us a few days to brave the full cold bucket of water experience between steam and sauna sessions).Pool table and board games for the occasional bad weather moment. Really comfortable room (The Valluga Suite), perfect for a family stay. Delicious breakfast and good range of a la carte options in the hotel restaurant for dinner. Perfect.

Lovely staff, comfy bed and fab to have the mini bar. Location was amazing, and we really loved the swimming pool. Fantastic stay

A very nice hotel with outstanding hospitality (exceptional staff) and state of the art facilities. Modern style (nordic). Just one detail: We could use the spa still after check-out, before heading off to the train (transfer provided by hotel, same for pick up).

The facilities, the staff; everything was excellent. The shuttle service to the slopes was fast and efficient—a 2 minute drive . The evening meal was outstanding.
