Pros +
- The staff is super helpful and polite. We went to a skiing trip so the hotel offers shuttle to every ski lift in Madonna area and it was awesome as our friends stayed in other hotel and they did not had that option to go anywhere where they wanted. You have to book a time for the SPA but as we were skiing everyday until the last lift we still had a chance to go to the SPA when we came back to the hotel. Breakfast is great as it is in Italy.
- This is probably one of the most unusual reviews I have ever written. On the first day (check-in day), I went to bed fully intending to give this hotel 1 star and leave a negative review due to my initial frustration. The main reason I chose this hotel was the balcony and its view (according to the photos of THE ROOM WE CHOSE on Booking.com), and neither we nor our friends were given rooms with a balcony and view. This was extremely frustrating. However, throughout the week, we were truly impressed by how well we were treated by all the friendly staff, especially Adriana, Pietro, Micaela, Eleonora, Giuseppe (the owner), and Gerson. I don’t think I have ever been treated so well at a hotel by people who were genuinely happy and kind. Combined with the rest of the hotel’s excellent facilities (SPA, Garage to leave Ski Equip., Free Transportation to Slopes, etc…), it became impossible to give just 1 star.It was an incredible week, and this hotel is excellent (Specially if you get lucky and get the rooms with a balcony view)! I will definitely be back next year. Thank you from your Brazilian friend — you were amazing.
- Absolutely everything. The hotel is very well located, within minutes walking from everything. The staff was incredibly charming and helpful, always smiling (Silvia, Aurora and others) and trying their best to help. The Owner was present daily and made sure to take time talking to every guest. The room was great, functional and cozy. The food was delicious, especially the breakfast, which was plentiful. Regarding extra activities, my daughter felt incredibly at ease in the Kids Park while we enjoyed some much needed resting time at the Spa. Having shuttles take you back and from the different Ski and Shopping locations was also extremely useful. This is what Italian Hospitality is all about.
Cons -
- The rooms which are near elevators are super noisy. And the hotel guests were super noisy too., but probably it is a cultural thing.
- 1: The room we received (me and my friends) did not have a balcony with a view. Either a balcony with the view of a roof as it was the last floor, ou no balcony at all and small windows. But I must say the room itself was very big and confortable. 2: The box to have a shower was impressively small.
- Finding the hotel was a tiny bit difficult initially, so better signage could help.

Finding the hotel was a tiny bit difficult initially, so better signage could help.
Good location, close to spinale lift, close to supermarket and city centre. Pool was really warm, breakfast was nice, shuttle works very well. Room was warm.
Some staff were amazingly helpful but some not. The hotel has many nice facilities and its sad when staff can’t explaining about it
Extremely helpful stuff. Our suite was big enough and convenient. Snacks at 16.00, but only pastry( Nice spa area, very relaxing. Shuttle to ski lifts.
Children older than 13 , but below 18 are not allowed to sauna area, breakfast has no options, same every day. A lot of pastry, no healthy food. Bottled water in the room on extra charge.
The service and staff were excellent! Breakfast had a large variety. The hotel was super clean, the spa was great - the shuttle service to the ski area was efficient and fast - we would 100% return to this hotel and resort.
We were expecting one of the renovated rooms.
The room was up greated , Breakfast great with fruit , and great deserts , We loved services , Great SPA , SAUNA We FELT GREAT .I ll be back next years hear , We loved the hotel., location is quiet near the water but not far from center .
We liked all
Friendly staff, well organized with skiing facilities, transpotation to the lifts, very clean, and grate location
Perfect location for both business or pleasure. I was working and the facilities and location were great with private indoor parking. my partner was making the most of the spa and hotel facilities. Easy reach on foot to the center of the town for shops and restaurants. Hotel food was perfect with no complaints. Very friendly staff especially the owner who was around at breakfast and dinner every day. Highly recommended for families or couples
Spacious room, very clean and good breakfast
Spa is open only from 2pm, and available just during 60 minutes upon reservation This is not good for guests that are not ski-orientated.
We stayed in 3 rooms called “superior” on 4th floor, 404 406 407. Theres not enough natural light in these rooms as wind
Location is perfect, very close to the city centre and the ski area.Shuttle service to the slopes operating all day long is very convenient.
Considering the very high price and rate we would have expected better services:- we booked a suite and we were assigned the a spacious room but the bathroom had no bidet and a shower with doors that did not close well resulting in large leaks with every shower. The sofa bed looked very old and uncomfortable- the heating in the room was excessive, at 26°, and not adjustable from the thermostat, to lower it we had to close the radiator valves and open the windows- only one complementary bottle of water was given only the first day. We had two more in the next 2 days from the minibar that were charged to the room- wifi connection was poor- dinner at the hotel restaurant was bad and breakfast had a very limited variety- even though the spa regulations required reservations and a maximum stay of one hour, the spa was very crowded around 6 pm- when we arrived we asked for parking cause there was none outside, luckily we were given the last garage space for a daily rate, however it was not clear from the information on the site that booking was recommended
Good location and great views. Pretty quite place, so the rest at noght is good. Good spa zone and kids club over the day. You can leave the kids for several hours without any problems, kids club is the best in this hotel. Enough parking spaces in the garage or around the hotelShuttle bus to the slopes
very poor internet. In our room we have to sit near the door in order to have WiFi connection. in internet era they just do not want to buy more powerfull routers and fiberglass connection. Very limited variaty of foods at breakfast. We stayed 7 nights and the breakfast was all days the same. The room door was not closing very tightly, so when the neighbours openned/closed their door, our door also moved due to wind:)Very slow elevators. 20 rooms use 1 same elevator, which is very slow, so from time to time you have to wait 3-5 min, when all the guests at once go for a dinner, or breakfast. Family bad does not have the hearrest, so the pillows from time to time fall off
Great location. Rooms were good.
Dinner in restaurant was not good.
Perfect location, nice room and spa. I love the fact that dogs are welcome
I was not expecting that many kids ? but luckily they have a mini club to keep them entertained
Perfect location, clean room.
Breakfast and dinner was awful. Too much personal who was doing nothing. In breakfast I had to ask for coffee 3 times. Bathtub was stuck , asked to clean it, it didn’t happened. Before arrival gluten free bread was ordered, at second day it was over
As soon as we entered the hotel, the staff greeted us with a bright smile, clean hotel, easy parking, allowed early check-in, and upgraded the room. The breakfast is also very good and all the staff in the hotel are really friendly. I recommend it.
kid’s and families friendly, useful and excellent amenities. kind and professional staff.
bathroom is quite small inside the room. check out time is a little bit too early (10 am) compared to other hotels.
Bar staff were fantastic. Rooms comfortable. Restaurant is large. Shuttle service a huge bonus
Ski room too small; Restaurant Manager was borderline rude and arrogant. Worst piece was the first night they did not have enough rooms for our group even though our booking was confirmed. So two of the group members had to share for the first night.
Very good
We were surprised to have to pay extra to have fried eggs at breakfast. Also to pay extra to have orange juice in a glass. Also guests should be warned about the charges applied for the occasional receptions which are held at the hotel.
