It’s hard to find the words to describe how satisfying was our skiing vacation and our stay at Lorenzetti Hotel . Location and specially views are fantastic . Top quality food , very professional personnel . Beautiful swimming pool and spa facilities.

Very kind and helpful personnel. Big plus is shuttle service for ski lifts and for going to city. The hotel is a bit outside Madonna but shuttle service make going on ski lifts even easier than in city centre.

everything was amazing! the shuttle service was a great way of transportation. the brakfast, the atmosphere, the staff, the spacious rooms with great views. we will definitely stay again.

Perfect stay. Everything was great. Our stay was about ski holidays. The transfer to slopes is very kindly! The staff was amazing, the SPA and fitness center too much comfortable. We will repeat!!Thanks a lot! And thank you by the cakes to our trip.

Obvious nothing to describe.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. There was a good choice for breakfast and dinner, the food was delicious. Hot wine and cakes were available every afternoon. The shuttle service to and from the ski lifts and town was excellent. We had a large modern room with amazing views and always cleaned thoroughly

Def not ski in/ ski out but the shuttle compensates for this

Exceptional place and staff friendliness. We couldn’t go snowboarding in one day because all the slopes were closed. So the manager informed all the guests that saunas will be opened earlier than usually. Shuttle service was also amazing. Drivers were very friendly and helpful. During breakfast we had a big variety of food to choose. What I liked the most - a lot of fruits, which is very uncommon in the Alps area.

The carpet in the room was not vacuumed every day.

The location was fine, the village and the mountain fantastic. The spa was nice and the spa staff and the cleaners and everyone were very nice and caring. Mrs lorenzetti is a very kind fantastic lady

The light was passing through the curtains at night. It was impossible to sleep. After asking twice at the reception they changed half of the curtains (only one of the two windows).When followed up that only part of the problem was addressed and that there was still an issue, the receptionist replied with the following outrageous unbelievable rude unprofessional..."we did our best"!!!!Maybe i should refer to the owner...but when in vacation you avoid fighting with such incompetent employeesThe photos are 4.00am!!!.

We had a fantastic time in Hotel Lorenzetti during our stay in Madonna di Campiglio. The Hotel is located less than 5' driving distance from the center of the village and offers a shuttle bus (free of charge) to the ski lifts and village center upon request. The breakfast offered variety of choices which was exactly what we were looking for. The room and all the hotel areas was very clean and tidy. The staff was very polite & helpful and along with Mrs. Lorenzetti (who is very kind and hospitable) made us feel like home.It was a memorable experience and we will definitely intend to visit them again.

The staff were amazing, they were all incredibly welcoming from the front desk, spa staff and waiters. The shuttle service was very useful for getting into town and back. The food in the hotel was very tasty and luxurious. Pascal the head waiter was a legend and a great host in the evenings. The views from the hotel were top notch, beautiful light on The Dolomites in the evenings. Meeting Madame Lorenzetti was a highlight of the stay there, she was welcoming and a great host. Would love to go back there, the photos and videos we were able to capture while staying were beautiful. The area is surrounded by a multitude of hikes for all abilities and ages. My Partner is professional photographer and videographer and would love to send the hotel some of the pictures and video as a bit of a thank you for the wonder stay and experience.

Shuttle service to city center active 24/7, staff very gentle and always trying to solve any issue with an eye to the client. Very good breakfast, and even cakes as a gift for the trip back :)

Facilities need a bit of renewal (elevator is old, water pipes making loud and creepy sounds in the night, jacuzzi full of scratches and a bit rusty).

One of the best hotels that I have stayed at! We had problems with our car so we arrived later than planned. When we arrived we were opgraded to a better room (maybe the staff felt sorry for us?) Very friendly staff, especially in the restaurant, who were polite and quick to smile, even when non italians like us made mistakes when ordering food. Quick service, delicious food, great coffee in the morning. The shuttle service from the hotel worked well. Mrs Lorenzetti was charming and friendly, met us when we arrived, and came with some small cakes as a present when we left. Thanks for a great stay - we will be back.

This is a beautiful very traditional hotel with gracious and delightful staff always offering outstanding service without any hint of obsequiousness. It was a joy to be with them. Our room was comfortable and the food was excellent.

The absolute best service ever -- and I don't say that lightly. The workers at the desk and in the restaurant were absolutely the best in the world. We did the half-board option (dinner included), which was an absolute pleasure every night we were there. The only difficulty was in deciding which of the excellent menu options to choose.Senora Lorenzetti takes a personal interest in each and every guest and making sure they have a nice stay.

Amaizing family run hotel. Half board very satisfying with a great choice of dishes. Afternoon gluhwine and cake was a bonus. On demand shuttle service was always very sufficient- the hotel is a bit of distance from the city center. Excellent spa - big swimming pool, hot tub and saunas areas were great to relax after skiing.

Do yourself a favour and stay here. I've never had a better hotel experience. The staff are exceptional, the spa is mind blowing. I had some reservations given the distance to town but the shuttle whizzes you there in no time, and all the extra amenity is worth it. It is a truly exceptional hotel.
