- The room was huge and well appointedThe spa with pool, hot tub, sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, etc. was what you'd expect from a 5-star hotelLocation is central, very close to walk-only zoneFree underground parking
- Very good quiet location close to centre. A lot of restaurants around. Nice staff. Good shuttle bus. Cigar room, bar, every day many times cleaning of the room. Ski room heated. Good parking. Pet friendly.
Cons -
- The hot tub could be warmer
- Staff very friendly. But one guy operated on bar on Sunday was really annoying, constantly not being at the bar. He was reluctant. He had absolutely no interest in serving us. He was clearly spoiling it for the whole team of hotel staff.
- Room as spacious and all the space a super

The suite was very spacious & comfortable with towels changed twice a day. The staff were courteous & helpful & the spa area was so relaxing. The breakfast was plentiful with great choice to set you up for the day.
Everything was exceptionally good
Spacious rooms and huge beds. Beautiful bathroom. Excellent Spa with all facilities. Very nice staff and very good price/quality ratio.
Breakfast is ok. It's nice to have a choice of eggs on demand. Some more fruit and salty options would be appreciated.

we go charged for an extra person staying £400 when if you booked online it was £10 don’t appreciate being ripped off
Did not have breakfast
I had a venison goulash which contained gristle when this was mentioned the chef said he used a cheaper cut of meat this is OK as cheaper cuts can have more flavor but no flavor is gained fro Gristle
