Good ski hotel and good food

Was very clean, the staff were so nice.We requested for late check-out and they gave us without asking any more payment

No locks for the ski room lockers.

Spa was fantastic it had everything you could want with the addition of massages etc if desired . Breakfast was very good

Room 304 was tired . The bathroom certainly needs an upgrade . Hairdryer was broken and repaired with duct tape, magnifying mirror had a big crack in it .

All the food we had was very good. Room was clean and comfortable. Top location. Bar, sitting area and spa are excelent and tha staff was so nice. Our friend Allan at the bar made us the best drinks and all the waiters at the restaurant were allways there to make us feel walcome.Thank you all so much.

Best hotel experience ever. 2 minute walk to skilift, terrific room, extremely clean, great food. Our favorite Hotel-staff: Alan, Paolo, Roberta and Ada were extremely friendly and nice and made us feel comfortable and relaxed but were also fun. Best G&T ever at the bar and nice to relax at the spa after a perfect day of skiing. We would love to come back.

Good bed! Great breakfast. Spa access downstairs! Great access to the 5 Lakes hiking gondolas. Closer to center of Madonna do Campiglio.

Very comfortable, welcoming friendly staff, terrific food. Close to ski lifts: ski- in, ski-out. Well worth having half board: dinner was regularly terrific.

Nothing- very enjoyable stay

We are very satisfied with our stay. The proximity to the cable car was decisive for choosing this hotel and that is the main reason we will come again. You literally just cross the street and you're on the trail. The spa area is not big, but it is well organized and we enjoyed using it every day after skiing. The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean and has a pleasant atmosphere. We will definitely come next year.

The breakfast is good, only the omelet is strange and we didn't like it. There is another thing that did not suit us, and that is that the maids entered the rooms in the late afternoon and evening if we were not in the room. They certainly knock, so if we are not there, for example, they make the beds, but if we are there, they disturb the rest. One evening they knocked on our door after 9 pm. We think it is absolutely unnecessary even though the intention is good. The wifi signal was not always the best and had occasional interruptions, but only in the evening hours when most of the guests are in the hotel. Nevertheless, we will be happy to be guests at this hotel again.

Location was great access for hiking although a steep walk in and out of town for dinner. Staff very friendly. Nice common areas.

The room was not as nice as portrayed on the website. Dated bathroom with the shower head not staying in place.

The hotel is characterful. Friendly staff but forgot to inform us of the guest card benefits. Breakfast was a bit chaotic.

We stayed in room 406 for 3 nights. Very basic bathroom, toilet too close to the shower. Soap dispenser impossible to use. Shower head would not stay in place. I mentioned this before n the first day, that said it would be fixed but wasn’t. The room was not as it was presented on booking.com when I choose the room, disappointing. We moved to The Dahu opposite, coincidentally same room number, much better room, bathroom. All new, beautiful view from sunny deck.

Generally we enjoyed our stay.

Unfortunately the second morning the breakfast eggs were bad but still being served to guests.The room we stayed in was not represented by the photos that were on Booking.com. It was dissapointing when we arrived. The staff were friendly and reasonably helpful, although they overlooked informing us about the card you are able to buy to use the lifts for hiking. The toilet was so close to the shower you could not sit comfortably on it.

The service from the time you enter the hotel to the servers in the bar, dining room, spa & housekeeping could not have been friendlier or more helpful. First class service in their restaurants, once which is a Michelin Star Restaurant.Both restaurants served delicious meals which changed daily and our breakfasts were very good. Our room was quite large with beautiful views of the mountains.The proximity to the Pradolago gondola couldn’t have been better…almost ski in/ski out! Close to walk to the center of town. I would HIGLY recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the beautiful town of Madonna di Campliglio. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Beautiful scenery, new, up to date lifts, great choice of restaurants with excellent food; excellent trail grooming

We felt the hotel was a little tired, the drains in our room were a little smelly.

Location was great for Pradago lift. Breakfast was good. Hotel reception staff were fantastic and very helpful.

Evening meal food choice too fancy and timing of evening meals for children too late.Also beds/pillows very hard. Very traditional hotel. Bit far from main town.
