The suite, the cleaning, polite and kind staff, shuttle service, spa, food. Location not quite in the center, but the shuttle was taking you. The view excellent

They could add vegetables to the breakfast. You couldn’t order even for an extra fee.

Our stay at Hotel Maribel was absolutely unforgettable! I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire staff, especially Danielle, who demonstrated an exceptionally rare and dedicated approach. Before we could even ask for anything, he was already proactive, which was incredibly delightful. The staff was professional and warm, surpassing our expectations in customer service standards. Our stay was definitely beyond our expectations, and the hotel's atmosphere made us feel right at home. I highly recommend Hotel Maribel to anyone seeking a memorable experience!

You have to pay extra for spa facilities if you book on booking.com. A different rate compared to booking direct. Bed a bit too stiff.

Great hotel with very helpful staff. The breakfast was great, the room very clean and the view of the mountains was amazing. The shuttle bus to and from the ski lifts was very convenient and took a few minutes to get to and from the gondolas. I highly recommend staying in this hotel if you are thinking about staying in Madonna.

Nice hotel with spa zone. Transfer to Groste lift and city center every 5-10 min. Personal was kind, helped with everything.

there is no water in the room- only one bottle at the arrival and also there was no tea or coffer even there was a kettle in my roomafter asking I have recived few pieces of teathere is no any pedestrian walkway next to the hotel and it makes it difficult to walk around and go to Madonna center - the shutle is working only till 7 pm

We liked everything: - people in the kitchen are extremely kind and helpful, - the breakfast is high-quality and consist of everything you need: a variety of cheeses and cold cuts, omelette/ boiled egg/ pancakes/ fruit/ different types of sweets and real Italian coffee from professional coffee machine. -the location of the hotel is on the road, a bit outskirts of Madonna di Campiglio, but the road is not a noisy one, so during our 3-day stay we were not bothered by it.- the rooms were very clean, spacious. We had a big balcony with a spectacular view to the mountains ?

The most expensive tea we ever had - 5 Euro per regular tea bag. For a 4* hotel the tea + kettle should be always in the room without extra fee. It would be great if the stuff on the reception could tell the newcomers more about the hotel facilities: the wellness, the restaurant in the hotel and around.

Location was good but not ski in ski out as advertised. The balcony was nice with a good view of the mountains. Breakfast staff were really nice and remembered our drink orders everyday. Ski locker was nice and lockable.

There was a 25 euro charge per person per day for the sauna and 12 euros per day for the underground parking (only 7 spots outside) which were advertised as included. I was not told about the underground parking and was told only once I'd parked there and told if there's none outside that's not their problem. Not ski in ski out as advertised, 30 minute walk back from the gondola. Breakfast food was often stale and dry, with the same stale bread and cake put out for 4 days in a row. Seemed on a mission to save electricity, the toilet light would switch off after about 30 seconds which was on a motion sensor, the mini fridge could only be turned on by request and the only working plug in the room was for the main light, meaning it was very dark if you wanted to charge your phone. What looks to be a hot tub in the pictures is luke warm at best, with half the jet features not working. No kettle in the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

It was not so clear policy about usage of wellness center and spa. The water temperature in the swimming pool expected to be warmer.

The Brenta Regional Park is wonderful if you enjoy hiking in the mountains or in the woods. Great trails, beautiful landscapes. The ladies who prepared breakfast were wonderful, their cakes, delicious.
