Le Chalet Blanc Hôtel & Spa

Beautiful ski hotel with excellent food. We stayed over Christmas and the hotel was lively and vibrant. The Christmas Eve taster menu was really great too. My son and I loved our stay.

Clean very tastefully decorated rooms and commun areas. I loved the heated ski cupboards. Welcoming and helpful staff.

The beds were not made with much care but happy to remake them myself ....Would have liked a kettle in the room and not the coffee pot (and clean cups every day..

We stayed in a superior suite with a double bed and bathroom on one level and three single beds and bathroom on the upper floor. The accommodation worked really well, was of excellent quality and would recommend it for families. The bar area is also excellent particularly the pool table and table football which we used every night.You can immediately get on the slopes from the drag lift at the rear of the hotel. Excellent accommodation

Great views, amazing service, rooms are cozy and spacious. Close to everywhere and the food is amazing!

More food options would be great but that is all!

Nil’s was the most exceptional. She was extremely patient, kind and helpful. She helped us with questions relating to ski lessons, food options and transport etc. She and one other gentlemen at the bar were the only 2 helpful staff. The other older lady at the reception desk was rude and impatient. Horrible experience we are paying guests and I don’t understand why when we asked questions we were so afraid of her eyes rolling.

Last minute booking whilst en route. Reception very friendly and helpful. Would rate as 5 star room excellent good restaurant on site.

There was nothing to dislike

Great spot for a summer holiday. The staff is lovely, rooms are nicely decorated and clean and the bed extra confortable. Highlight was a great massage with Océane - long time since I’ve had such a good massage !

Everything was great! The lady at the réception was very welcoming and we had a great evening. The room itself was perfect.

We enjoyed the spa area but I must admit it smelled pretty bad. Funny anecdote we ordered a whisky sour at the bar and the bartender served us a plain whisky. Nothing bad about it he didnt know the recipe but we ended up having a simple beer..

Very well presented hotel, very helpful staff, good location for skiing (better than it looks on the map!), nice rooms with balconies, easy free parking, nice restaurant and bar. Would throughly recommend staying there.

The spa/jacuzzi area is ok but not great. A bit of a dark dull space. Very slippery floor! Could be improved. The booking system which other reviews comment on works just fine however - no issues with that.

Restaurant didn’t offer enough snack alternatives.Changing room for the spa would be a great extra.

Chalet Blanc is a lovely hotel that's located centrally in Montgenevre. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel facilities were excellent.

Breakfast becomes a bit overcrowded at busy times.

Beautiful location, with great food, and amazing staff! The beds are comfy and I think the rooms are soundproofed because we didn't hear a thing! We slept like babies. Even if it is a hotel, once you enter the room you feel like you're in a wooden cabin! Great experience!Montgenevre is dreamy and we were happy to stay at Le Chalet Blanc! Will definitely come back!

Good

Breakfast was the one weak point. Understaffed and unrelaxing. There was a constant queue for the coffee - automatic machines, slow and prone to failure and also crap coffee. I really prefer the pot on the table approach.

the only thing missing is a swimming pool. there is a spa with a hot tub but a pool would make it perfect.

Really nice venue and very relaxing.

The evening meals were really nice but quite limited choices. That said, we did go in the French holiday week.
