    Pros +

    • The hotel is nicely located close to the center of the resort and has a private shuttle that takes you to the slopes until 17 30 afternoon, very convenient. It offers a ski room and the pool and sauna facilities are nice. Breakfast is the same daily, but offers good selection, I would have only expected a wider variety of cheese for France and more fruits. The windows in the room need serious cleaning, Especially given the great view of the Alpes. Overall would recommend it
    • Great breakfast, the shuttle to the ski lifts is fantastic and loved the Jacuzzi at the end of the ski day
    • Great breakfast selection, comfy beds, good room cleaning service, very helpful and friendly staff 24/7, very quick and frequent transfers using hotel minibus service.

    Cons -

    • Would stay again, staff were fantastic
    • The entrance to the hotel didn’t seem obvious when we arrived, do not disturb sign (Red) didnt fit around door handle. Not enough space to hang wet clothes in the room (only small radiator in bathroom available. The price lists for the ski passes and ski equipment provided through email were not easy to understand, unlike the actual ski equipment hire shops resulting in us not booking through hotel Ibiza.
    • The hotel is a bit worn out but still in a decent shape

Great staff, everyone was very nice and helpful, really great! The food was great and the facilities, like pool, sauna, massage, restaurant, ski rooms, buses to go to the slopes (5 min) were fantastic!

The hotel is a bit worn out but still in a decent shape

    6EvgueniaPosted on: 2-26-2025

Proximity to the ski lifts and super friendly staff

Antiquated rooms, furniture and poorly ran amenities, from broken door handles to running toilets and broken cabinets and night stands. Rooms are extremely small even if advertised as sleeps three-four. Pool has a bit too much smell of chlorine and sauna is barely warm. When asked to transfer to another room, nothing was offered/accommodated. Pictures of hotel on booking.com are not factual and far from reality. Overall it was an expensive stay for poor quality rooms.

All of the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, every single person went above and beyond! Hotel is slightly dated but its lovely, great location, great facilities and food has a decent choice, we especially liked the local dishes. The shuttle is also great but we walked it a few times and was so fine, so the location is really good and the town is lovely.

Everything was great. room comfort, facilities, food, staff, and the fact they sorted out all the ski hire, lift pass, transfers. All easy and sorted for us and at a good price (cheaper than doing it directly yourself). There are things to do there with the pool tables, air hockey, and table tennis table, swimming pool and hot tub. The hotel is a little out the way but they to provide free shuttle service to the ski lifts, and there is a bus stop outside which can take you into town in the evenings if you don't want to walk, but its really not far.

    breakfast was great

The condition of the room seemed old, especially the bathroom. the bottom of the shower made a crunching sound when standing on it, and the water pressure was terrible. Also, the temperature inside the hotel was way too hot which made it difficult to sleep.

The price is right. You are sort of getting what you pay for.

It’s gotta be the hottest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You constantly feel like you have a fever. The staff is particularly rude as well.

Location, view from the room, exceptional dinners, convinient shuttle to the slopes, boiler for the tea/coffe on the floor.

    Breakfast could be more variable.

Very cosy, super friendly staff, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hamam are great after a ski day.

The facilities are nice but would deserve a bit of a make over.

    9BakerPosted on: 12-31-2024

The hotel was very good, cosy and very friendly staff specially Fred , George and Andre .The hotel provides a shuttle service which allows guests to go and come back from town anytime .

Good location, the transfer from the hotel to the main chairlifts departs almost every 15 minutes. The food was extraordinarily delicious. Wide diversity, and many options for vegans and children. Be aware, the hotel rooms are a little bit outdated. Nevertheless, for us it wasn’t a big deal. If you are skiing (or snowboarding) check with hotel personnel about discounts for renting equipment. Also, they can arrange a ski pass for you before arriving. That was very handy. There is a ski room, but our ski boots haven’t dried enough. We were forced to use hair dryer to handle this. BTW, the window view was awesome!

    10AnaPosted on: 3-22-2024

view from the room, staff service and all-you-can-eat croassant

There was no minibar in the room,

Good position and lovely views, good food and great staff

    10DaniilPosted on: 3-10-2024

EVERYTHING. Particularly:- Good spacious rooms (south side facing);- Good breakfasts and dinners with rich choice of meals;- SPA (sauna, hammam, pool) and sports (gym and ping pong) included;- Convenient location - around 5 mins from a bus station and 5-10 mins to Diablo ski lift; and the last but not the least- Very friendly and helpful personnel.

Wifi could have been stronger and registration easier.

It was our second time in this hotel ( January 2024) and again we are so happy. We had a room upgrade . We would like to mention that food is the best here . A bit thanks to the Chef. He is amazing and the food ( we have half board) super delicious with a great variety of choice the same as previous year . Staff are super friendly ( Greek people ) . Hotel offers free transfer to/from gondola which is cool .

But hotel needs some renovation , especially spa area . And rooms need more attention with cleaning.

    10WilliamsPosted on: 2-15-2024

Food was really good and the staff very helpful and accommodating. Lovely hotel with nice rooms with good views. Location was a bit out of the way but that didn't bother us.. also the ski hire in the hotel was very reasonable..

There's not much we didn't like.. we would definitely come back and recommend to family and friends... Oh the gym wasn't the best would be nice to have a running machine or a cross trainer...but apart from that.. 10/10

Staff were generally very good. Bar lounge area large and pleasant. Hotel facilities were ok but getting old.

Ski shop guy was lacking a smile as was the young ski shuttle guy. Hotel is tired and really needs a refit.

    9PaulPosted on: 2-8-2024

The food was decent. The selection was well thought out every night, with a number of options being done to a very good standard. The selection of desserts was particularly good.Having access to a hot tub and sauna was also great.

The pressure from the shower wasn't great.
