Cost £250 one night Rooms Very much in need of a revamp . Very small and basic

The location was good for skiing.

Furniture and facilities where very dated and furniture in the rooms was broken/falling apart.

Really friendly staff, especially the front desk, restaurant waiter and barman.

We came to Atmosphere Hotel at a very stressful time (missing person) and the team went over and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe- preparing a late dinner, giving us time to enjoy the facilities during the day and offering to hold rooms for us until the last minute. We were so grateful for their kindness. The hotel is in an amazing location, right in the middle of the station. Breakfast was excellent and everything was super clean and tidy.

Hotel is basic but clean and great value. Location great for the Jandri express (5 min walk). Bar man always served crisps and nuts with every round of drinks. Beds were comfy.

Heater for the hot breakfast items was always set too low, so scrambled eggs and bacon were cold. Bacon could have been a little crispy too. Everything else was good.

Location was perfect. continental breakfast was lovely but the hot buffet was cold.

If the hot buffet was hot. But cold beans are fine by me.

Great Location in the centre of the village and close to ski lifts. Room was a good size, clean and with a lovely view of the mountains. Staff were friendly and we had a decent Buffet breakfast to fuel us for a day of skiing.

The location and friendly staff. Logan especially was very helpful. A warm relaxed place to retire to after skiing. Breakfast was simple but certainly adequate. Value for money was excellent. Good views across the resort to the mountains.

The key code on the back door/ night entry. If it fails, you can't get in.

Room a little sterile

Wonderful hotel for skiers, close to the lifts. Good breakfast & dinner, friendly staff.

The rooms are a bit old but nice and comfortable. Also cleaned every day. Location hotel is great.

-Breakfast is not what you expect. Most things are there, but the croissants and bread are not so fresh. The quality is not upto standard. Also the boiled eggs are from the fridge and don't expect fresh orange juice or so.- I also lost my ski bag in the hotel. It was taken from my room or from the ski locker.- Somebody was slamming with doors at 6:00 in the morning, i believe the first employee that starts the day of work.- Hotel is called Atmosphere Hotel. There is not much atmosphere though, the hotel is getting very old and reception area is not inviting.- Some lights didn't work in the room.

Great location, Spa, Helpful staff

The hotel manager was demanding to double the price of the entire week booking when I was able to add a second person to my trip. It was unpleasant to deal with him and booking.com help center had to get Involved. All other staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was very kind, and available. The breakfast was very diversified (quality and quantity were good)The Hotel is well located.

Location is great, ski pistes are close, a lot of restaurants, shops... Breakfast is very good, a lot of choices.

Heating was very, very bad, it was pretty cold in the room. Furniture is very old.

Great spa, great location, great value for money.
