    Pros +

    • Location , the room
    • Exhaustive breakfast buffet. Amazing beds and sheets, I slept really comfortable. The sauna was a great plus to relax after a day of hiking
    • Location, staff, breakfast, all is fantastic

    Cons -

    • No kettle or small fridge
    • I had someone below me in a half-empty room. I think in today's age of technology it's easy to place people farther away, for more privacy if the room is not full. The travelers would appreciate that very much.
    • I said I needed to keep my lugagge with them the day I came in and the day we were leaving, they told me there was no problem. The fact is that reception is closed between 12 and 16 hours, I got to know that when I enter the Lodge and there was no one...just a note that it was closed. We called the number (it was a group of 8 people including us) and luckly there was someone that helped us to store lugagge until later. When making check in, we asked if it was possible for someone to help us so we could leave luggage and someone could open at 15 hours, they say SORRY...I explained that no one told us about this when booking or even when I said I needed to leave my luggage, they were cero empathetic...so we needed to find other solution. As other point, one of the bedpost was broken, we luckly were not hurt, we tried telling someone but there was no one in the reception.

The bedsheets and a mattress. Way beyond what a typical hostel offers. It's a small but very important detail.

Dorm room: Great beds, with curtains and lots of space. Kitchen in the room which was weird but kinda good. Super clean and new facilities and a gym and sauna!

Breakfast was ok, not much options. Location is good, it is very close to Le Diable ski lift and it is close to many restaurants.

Perfect location. Clean and well appointed rooms.Super friendly / helpful staff, <500m walk to Diable chairlift, middle of town. Only a few parking spaces behind the hotel but so much parking in resort it’s not a problem. Really great value for money and funky decor throughout.

poor room service, also extremely bad breakfast, We arrived at the restaurant around 9:00 and there was basically nothing to eat, and the food that was available wasn't very appetizing.

Decor of the room , messages sent prior to arrival, late check in, ski pass machine in the building

No parking - expensive car parking for the week. Thought we would have no towels with the message sent to us. Expensive breakfast so we ate elsewhere.

Very clean and new, great location and staff

No tea or coffee machine in the rooms

Great location. Clean hotel with a decent breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Four of us stayed in a two bedroom room. One bed was a fold-out sofa which was not especially comfortable. Bathroom was huge and flooded the carpets of both bedrooms when someone had a shower.

Great location, clean and spacious room and very nice staff. Convenient buying machine for ski pass in the lobby and 20% discount at the nearest ski rental

Handy for Diable lift and bars and restaurants

Can be a bit noisy in the dorm as it has an outdoor terrace above. Not much storage space in dormitory, so it gets messy!

Very nice place, great location, clean, friendly staff.

    Excellent facilities and brilliant location

Excellent location. Very clean and well appointed inside. Great facilities for skiing.

Breakfast ticked the box, with bacon and scramble egg available and boiled eggs.

The cost of a pint at 9.50 euro which surprised me, double that of Italy!

Staff was extremely helpful, place was absolutely gorgeous, new and filled with amenities.

First of all, the overall place was magnificient. Ive never been to skiing resorts so I had no clue they can be that beautiful. The place itself didnt look like hostel, more like high quality hotel. Everything inside is up to modern standarts. Dorm had mini kitchen, 2 toilets, 2 or 3 bathrooms. Bed was comfortable. Everything was very clean, cant say anything bad. Hostess was so friendly, speaks good English and she makes sure that all your needs are met. Huuuge kudos to her, she really deserves a raise.

    9FeyonaPosted on: 8-12-2024

The facilities were great, I was in a shared room, the kitchen had all you needed, and there was a communal dining table and sofa+TV in the room. Also very friendly staff and a very complete breakfast.

The beds were set up like a maze, it did give a lot of privacy but it was quite narrow and not a lot of room to leave your luggage. Some of the floortiles in the shower were coming loose, did not feel hygenic because the old dirty water would get into the cracks.
