- Very quiet and cheap would recommend next time. Also for some people on social media are just not understanding that there’s not much staff so you have to make sure to clean your room and act respectful. The staff are kind and they’re do a lot for the small place, I can understand it be a lot with so many people coming in and out at the hostel.
- Great location, comfortable bed, warm and powerful shower. There are no staff available but this was not an issue for us. The room wasn’t super clean and the surfaces were quite dusty.
- really close to the train station and good value for money.
Cons -
- they did not change the bedsheet and have unpleasant smell ,no wifi
- it was poorly cleaned and small. there wasn’t any space to put anything and the bed was uncomfortable
- Saw a blood on the under sheet. Not happy

Easy access to train station. Quite small room its good if youre couple or single. Its quite dusty around and theres a curfew so need to be quiet by 9pm. Not feasible if youre coming back late every night and saw blood on the sheet (disgusting)
Saw a blood on the under sheet. Not happy
It's a quiet part of Tokyo, close to Tokyo skytree and Asakusa. The train station was a short walk away, there's a 7-11 next door, and you could come and go as you please. It has the bare essentials. It has A/C and a small fridge. Good for a solo traveller on a budget who only needs a place to sleep.
Not a luxurious place to stay. It's far away from the big attractions like Shinjuku and Shibuya. It's small, good for one person but cramped for 2.
Easy to find, very closed to the train station, to a conveniente shop, in a very quite area.
Great stay! Small room but quite comfortable. Location is great ??
No bathroom sink, only a small one in the toilet, can’t be used for brushing teeth
Very close to the Yahiro station, which in itself is pretty much 5-20 minutes away by train from the main touristic points in Tokyo. Right at the exit there's a convenience store and another one on the way to Yahiro station.
Had a small hiccup with the automated password door on the last day as it behaved differently to usual. Staff were very helpful in solving it through over mesagges.
The room was bigger than average, that's the only "positive" thing about this accommodation.
Almost everything... The room was filthy. The fan in the bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned and made my allergies act up. The toilet has a sink but whoever installed it, basically put the tap so far back that water just trickles down against the wall. The shower was ok. The room itself was really dusty too. The sheets were rumpled a little bit and the mattress underneath was horrifying ? I'm just happy we saw it after we had slept on it because I don't think I could have slept on it if I'd seen it... The whole staircase smells like a gym locker room too, and it's really suffocating. The location is really bad too! Only the most expensive train lines go through the Yahiro station. It makes so much more sense to shell out 10-15€ more per night and get something more central. The last thing I'll complain about is the weird rule about "excessive energy usage". They mention this quite a few times - before check in, in the room and during the stay: that they'll charge you if the energy use is "excessive". No clue what that even means? Anyways, avoid ?
It was worth the pricing. Every facilities work, well equipped, strict regulations so that everyone could stay without troubles.
It was kinda hard to find. For those who are looking for this place on google maps, walk towards the 7 eleven and you'll see this place on your right.
Good price, located close to the metro. People say that owner is not nice, but I had not interacted with him at all. The check in was just recieving pin codes for the facility and room in booking
Slightly unclean. Also there is no place to eat. There is no table in the room and in the kitchen it is not allowed to eat. So I had to eat from the floor in room
The bathroom and shower in the room was convenient
The level of cleanliness is really bad. a lot of dust everywhere and it's never been cleaned under the bed.Missing hangers or shelves to put your stuff. Very basic room,
Price was cheapbed was good and room had more space than I expectedhaving your own toilet and shower in a hostel style location is very nicemetro was about 400 m away and the 7-11 right around the corner was very convenient.
There was some issues with wifiI plugged to the ethernet that was in the wall but it had no connection. There was no kettle for boiling water in the room, had to go down stairs to the kitchen area for that.
The location is very close to the train station. No noise from other guests
There is no sink large enough to wash the faceThere is too much dirt under the bed.The refrigerator and air conditioning make a lot of noise, these should be quieter.
Very good
"I had a bad experience with this property. I packed my bicycle there, and I had a lot of baggage, so I left my bicycle there. Later, when I went to retrieve my bicycle during lunchtime, I found it was broken. I asked the hotel staff about it, and they said it was not their responsibility. I had to repair it myself." I hope that installing a CCTV camera outside the property will improve security and prevent such incidents in the future.
Cheap. Has shared kitchen.
Hot water run out when I was taking showerNo room key, had to enter passwords over and over again when returningHotel position is about 300m away from the point on the map
It was good, but the internet was slow on the second day. You have to send a scan of your passport before you arrive, if not you won’t receive the codes for the doors, I’ve never needed to do it before, so I think it’s too much hussle. The mattresses are really hard so unless you like hard beds like me better to skip. On the good side, there is a small cafe called Eagle nearby where you can eat breakfast called Morning (coffee, toast, ham and egg, tomatoes, small salad) for 500 yen in the morning and I ate dinner in bar called Echigo and I paid 3900 yen for beer + small jug of sake + assorted sashimi + zucchini tempura + boiled vegetable dish which I think it’s also not too bad.
Cheap and the service is fair for the price.
The password guidance for the automatic lock was inaccurate. There were other guests in front of us who didn’t know how to enter. In the end I found out with trial and error but this could have been avoided if they explained fully enough.
private bathroom, very clean
As other tenants mentioned, there was a psychopath on the first floor, who is long-term residents. Very unfriendly to foreigners.Always said something weird to you. If he is a tenant, I hopes the administrator will evict him as soon as possible. If he is the administrator or landlord himself, then I suggest that foreign tourists should not choose this homestay. Best wishes!
