Breakfast variety seemed to depend on occupancy. The first two days the breakfast was quite simple and it only improved after a new group arrived and checked-in at the hotel.

I had an absolutely outstanding stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff welcomed me with genuine warmth and generosity, going above and beyond to make me feel at home. Everyone was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout my visit. My room was spotless, perfectly maintained, and very comfortable. The beach was clean, peaceful, and just steps away, making it perfect for some solo relaxation. On top of that, during checkout, I received some delicious Tunisian pastry as a gift, which was amazing! Overall, it was truly a five-star experience in every way. I highly recommend this place !

The hotel is very excellent, the pool and access to the sea with all the facilities. The rooms are very spacious and the gardens and outdoor seating are very wonderful.. calm and psychological comfort. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location was great.Meals were great. Lots of good options.Room was clean and comfortable.Pool was spacious and clean.Beach was nice, sand was kept clean, At the beach the staff member did give a towel but it was only 1.

There was not a lot of parking. When I arrived there was no spot to park, I had to put my car at the side of the roundabout in the resort. I was not the only one, there was 10+ cars that were not able to park in the designated areas.Pool was nice but old, needs to be resurfaced. I thought that there was sand on the bottom but it was the finishing that had worn off. Also there were not towels easily available. I never found where to get a towel.Beach - while there were towels it seemed limited. The staff person gave me 1 towel. I usually prefer to have a couple of towels. The big complaint I had at the beach was the amount of jelly fish in the water. I know that this is not something that the hotel staff can do anything about but it made it less then relaxing.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, but what really made our stay special was the excellent service at the reception Rabeb , the reception agent took great care of us from the moment we arrived She was professional, helpful, always smiling, and sincerely dedicated to making sure we were satisfied Her warm attitude and genuine service truly enhanced our experience. She is truly a great asset to this hotel.

Nothing major,everything was pleasant.

Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Room was large and well equipped. Installations are nice, they have everything you need. The pool and private beach are great. Food is okay.

Don’t charge too much for water , a bottle of water should not be 6 dinar it a shame and a robbery.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. I could also check-in one hour before the official time . I enjoyed the activities and the animation during the day for example the Aqua Ball during the day and the live music in the evening.

I was upgraded to a sea-view room. Some reviews mention old furniture but my room was clearly just renovated as everything was nice and new. Huge comfortable bed. Hotel is large and clean. Has private access to beach. Garden area is nice and has plenty of seating and entertainment, although they were renovating or doing annual cleaning of the swimming pool so it was empty, also beach bar was closed in April (Easter vacation period…). Interior swimming pool and small gym were okay. Didn’t try the spa. Breakfast variety was good. Visited during Easter vacation in April, so low season. Therefore few guests (majority were Italians).

Nothing except the buffet restaurant is disproportionately priced compared to room price, and drinks are extra. Too expensive for Tunisian.Also when I visited the interior swimming pool there were a bunch of noisy teenagers jumping in the pool and being very annoying, but that’s not hotel’s fault although a minimum control would have been nice.

The resort has been almost entirely renovated. Rooms are spacious and very well furnished. Excellent indoor swimming pool and nice spa. The personnel is extremely kind and polite. The hotel upgraded us from a double room to a suite, which was wonderful.

The Jacuzzi in the spa is too small (2 people max). The renovated rooms still need some refinements (additional plugs, hooks, etc.). Pizza and food in general can be improved.

The room with sea view was wanderfull , the beach is fab and we enjoied our stay

The ultimate hospitality greeting and support especially by Anas and the continued assistance by Awatef . Truly welcoming and professional they were and key in making my stay excellent. Hana as well was also delightful and shared a superb friendliness. Facility is clean and easy access to attractions

It is a shame for Royal Tulip to manage this Old decaying 0 star property ,rooms are musty and smell very bad ,beds are from the eighties mouldy and not confortable , sheets are smelly and dirty , toilets smell sewage and not well cleaned .my wife got respiratory problems from the stinking room and had to spend the night at the reception to breath fresher air . Staff are the only good thing in the hotel , they are helpful and welcoming but they couldn’t do much with the decaying state of the building , we checked many rooms but all rooms have the same problems because of the lack of use and humidity .definitely not recommended .it should be shut down until doing the renovation. There is much better properties in the surrounding.

The beach was not as expected. Food was not really up to my expectation.

The place is very nice: wonderful sand beach with a long gently sloppy entrance. He depth is not over 2 m in 15 meters away from the beach. There are a lot of free sunbeds on the beach. Most people prefer to spend the time around the open pool with chlorinated fresh water.

There is a small selection of restaurants nearby. All of them are doubtful quality food. We didn't get a risk. Most shops proposed similar products and goods for tourists only. You have to take a taxi (be aware of trying to negotiate the price)if you wanna get some special products in 3-5 km away.

The staff were friendly helpful and smily . The food was great and varied and you can find vegan milk

The room was clean but the bed sheet and toilet towels was not clean check it before u use it

The hotel is quite spacious

We ordered a salad it was different ingredients and we didn't eat from it and told them to cancel it but they said we cannot cancel it as its in the system now! So after arguing with them they said come tomorrow and we'll make the salad you want tomorrow, next day we went and they brought us a salad that Is almost similar! I told the waiter I want sheesha with mint and melon , then it didn't taste like it, after telling him it doesn't taste like it he said yes its apple with mixed fruits! And the tap water tasted cement , I told him not to put tap water in the sheesha but he did. Breakfast is poor quality.
