- during breakfast the juice machines had no juice but no one bothered to refill them

I needed a handicap accessible room but they said they didn't have one available. The room they put me in was so small that I could not open my suitcase at the same time as my scooter was plugged into the outlet for charging. The cast were very uncaring.

No restaurants close by. I'm handicapped and was unable to both store my electric scooter and open my suitcase at the same time because the room was so small. Taxis from Charles de airport were extremely expensive, between 70 and 90 Euros or one person.

The room was ok nothing really nice

Clean. Bedding was more comfortable than expected. Friendly staff. Breakfast was simple but fine.

At the breakfast buffet, there was a table with meat and cheese at the other end of the room from everything else, which was strange. I think most guests did not notice it. It was probably the higher food cost items.The neighbourhood is not great (and the very few nearby restaurants are not great either), but it did not seem unsafe.The hotel has received a facelift, but its age is still visible if you pay attention to some spots in the room or bathroom. Just a little more work would have made it much less obvious.

This Hotel Holds Your Money – Avoid at All Costs!

This hotel is completely UNPROFESSIONAL when it comes to refunding deposits! Upon check-in, I was charged a €100 deposit, with the promise that the money would be refunded immediately after checkout. It has now been six days, and my money is still not in my account!I have contacted the hotel multiple times, only to receive excuses and delays with no clear answer on when I will get my money back. This is absolutely unacceptable and borders on fraudulent business practices.If you’re considering booking a stay here, think twice – your money may not be refunded on time, if at all! I do NOT recommend this hotel, and I will certainly never return!

Location was good. Had all facilities that I needed.

Checking out was 12 but cleaner was already in the room at 11 while I was out. On return I found her clearing my room. Was not happy about this as I had not checked out yet.

The room was really small and smelly the windows had crowbars it really felt like prison after u pay for the rooms u have to pay a city tax I think it’s just un unacceptable the staff was poor service when it comes to the breakfast there breakfast was extremely poor I was expecting not the perfect breakfast but at list average again not like but unfortunately we had to stai as it was a business travel but i will extremely strong suggest to don’t pick this place in one word it was shit

I believe the hotel and its staff are wonderful. I chose it because it lies somewhat near the airport (our flight to Corsica was canceled and we had to stay for more than 2 days in Paris).

One exception is that the location is not good, as it lies in an administrative area and is surrounded by residences (mainly of immigrants). There are no places of interest there.

Cleanliness of the room.The furniture were awful, imagine having a sheet of metal for headboard. The wardrobe was awful ,construction metal pipes.There were no complimentary kettle to make a cup of tea, no guests Fridge,dirty carpet .The room was cold and could not heat up although there was a wall electric heater which did not function.

Too expensive for this poor location! Didn’t feel safe. Rooms very small. No good coffee.

Perfect for short stay. Breakfast was good, Clean and tidy. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, adequate space. The staff were very helpful and relaxed. Car parking was spacious and safe and included in the price. Had a good stay there and will use the hotel again.

Very little, probably personal taste. Scrambled eggs were missing!? but I emphasize I could not fault the service on this.

Room was comfortable and clean with flat screen Tv and decent shower. Breakfast was adequate with boiled eggs, ham and cheese and pastries. Secure free parking onsite as well.

Not so much the property but more the area around the metro when walking back late at night.

The room was clean. The breakfast was satisfied and delicious and staff were really friendly,polite and supportive.

I lost my charger and there wasn’t a suitable converter for my adapter. But fortunately,the staff helped me to charge my phone with their own charger! Many thanks to the staff!

I was an english speaker, during summer, checking into a Hotel in Bobigny, a mostly residential inner city surburb. The staff was helpful and patient. Checking in was easy. the keys were pre-readied on a card with my name on it. The hotel has a coded gate so some security. My room was decent size and though it wasnt a regular wardrobe, it did the job of keeping my clothes and items. the bed and pillow were very comfortable. the bathroom and shower were big enough. The air conditioner was working and the TV was big enough. the metro station is 8 minutes away by foot and there is also a tram station. there is a pharmacy near the metro station. Staff were friendly and understood basic english. The cleaners were also respectful. The metro is M5 and is on the same line as Gare Nord.

Breakfast had few options, a typical french hotel breakfast of cereal, breads and cheese. Unfortunately, there are no nearby restaurants. You will have to walk at least 10 minutes to find a restaurant. There are also a few shops as you continue to walk. the hotel is along a major road hence the extra walking. The neighborhood is quite residential hence the paucity of shops and restaurants nearby.

Bad

We arrived on Saturday night and checked in, the room was ot clean, there were hairs all over the bed cover and also on the sheets. We were too tired to go back down to reception, the phone was not working. We told the guy at reception in the morning and they said they will notify the cleaner's We We arrived back on Sunday evening and checked the room it was still dirty. We complained at reception and they changed the room for us The air conditioning was not working in the rooms, it was very warm and could not sleep Both days for breakfast they did not have any eggs, they said they didn't get the delivery We spoke with another guest who was there for a week, he said they been saying that all week tooWas a very bad experience, hotel is not worthy of 3 stars
