Campanile PRIME - Paris Bobigny

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at their restaurant was very good.

Not the best location to walk to a restaurant or is it easy to find or get in or out.

Terrible location, and I booked to stay near airport, took over an hour in traffic to get to the airport.

Nothing. We didn't stay there and lose our money.

Everything. It was listed as a South Paris CDG airport hotel. The supposed proximity of the airport was the only reason we chose it. Since it was so far from the airport, it was useless for us as our plane was planned very early in the morning.

Everyone working at the hotel is especially kind, helpful, solution-oriented, and courteous. One of the most important things that makes you feel connected to the hotel is the politeness of the front desk staff. I will never forget the politeness of the reception staff, especially those working between 7:00 AM and 12:00 A.M during the days I stayed. Thank you very much.

The Tv was not working and the staff didn't change the towel and the breakfast not good only few food, not happy at all

Smelt, to intensive. No ventilation in the room 5th floor. When open window very noisy.

During my stay there my room has not been cleaned almost at all,especially the bathroom -zero,and after 6 days it is not pleasant ,I was at the fair and usually came to hotel in the late evening and was tired after all day and did not ask why at the reception because I thought that the following day the cleaning lady would be coming

Correct place for overnight. Close to highway.

Far from city centre or public transport

Very good location, convenient for the price, very close to the metro station, private and secure parking inside the hotel which we needed so much. The room was clean, friendly staff

Good location. Large beds. Relatively clean.

Waste of money. Don't bother.1. The deadbolt on the door didn't work, questioning safety. 2. The room was not soundproof. It got too loud quite early in the morning, waking us all up. 3. Very small toilet considering the room was meant for 4 people. 4. There were no mirrors outside the bathroom in one of the quadruple rooms we had, which made it extremely difficult to get ready. 5. There was also no lock for the bathroom. 6. The heater did not work. In fact, it was getting so cold despite putting on 30°.

Tiny cramped room. Despite request housekeeping didn’t come except to remove towels which were not replaced Poor breakfast

No proper air condition and stuffy rooms. If you open window then you feel like you are in universal studios with fast and furious show running in 5d around you! Sure noisy motorway!!!

Room was spacious with tea and coffee facilities. Shower and bath which was a bonus. Breakfast was ok. A gluten free request was made and GF bread rolls were supplied.

Location. Bobigny is rated as one of the most notorious areas to stay. We did wonder when the site had fencing and security entry. Other visitors were very noisy ..ie teenage school children. I had to visit reception to request a different room as the noise went on until early hours, banging doors, knocking doors, screaming and loud chatter. Spoke to reception who said no other rooms were available. Also spoke to teachers to complain of noise. This had little effect and very little was done to monitor situation. I felt that I was in the wrong for complaining.
