The staff was very welcoming and professional. From the concierge (Katia), housekeeper (Dembele), to the cook (Kadidja), they are exceptional.

I had an issue with my first room as it was too cold, and my child was uncomfortable. I went to the reception desk, and they were very prompt and helpful, which I truly appreciated. We changed rooms, and while the new room was warmer, it had significant issues. The bathroom desperately needs an upgrade—the floor was extremely dirty with marks that couldn’t be cleaned. I couldn’t even take a shower because I didn’t feel comfortable stepping on that floor.I understand that it was an accessible room for disabled guests, but for me, using the shower was not an option. Additionally, the bathroom design would have caused water to spread everywhere, meaning if I had showered, the floor would have remained wet, making it impossible to use the toilet during the night. This was also a safety concern for my 6-year-old child, who uses the toilet independently—I couldn’t risk her slipping.While I appreciate the staff’s assistance, the cleanliness and functionality of the bathroom need serious improvementOne other thing the receptionist on the evening had no change for me I don’t care if it was only 6 cents but if I had no 6 cents to give for my stay believe me it wouldn’t be possible for me to stay the night. Please be careful for these little things.

Clear hotel, near to the train station, good service

No bar, no restaurant, no fitness room, no nearby restaurants (15 minute walk), bed hard and basic, no tv except french, breakfast very limited

It's not the fault of the hotel but I wish I had booked something a bit closer to the centre.

Location was as described quite outside, but still well connected. Cleanliness was ok.

The service from the hotel staff was horrible. At reception you only get the minimum of information and any further questions were answered with an annoyed facial expression. The room was clean but didn't even have the bare minimum like a hairdryer, power socket in the bathroom, seating outside the bed for more than one person or a safe.

The room was very clean and confortable. Easy check-in and check-out. Breakfast was ok.

Very hard to reach if you're not arriving by car.

The price.

The room was relatively, ok, the bathroom is a nightmare without a shower, you just shower on the floor, everything is wet and it smells bad. The bathroom was not properly clean either. At the same time they don’t provide anything, not a hand towel, not a hair dryer, you have to ask for it. I would not recomand, just the price was good, but for this price I would choose Ibis.

Comfortable bed, decent bathroom, if small & a good choice at breakfast.

The location. Ok if you have a car but we came by public transport. There is no lounge or bar at the hotel & being a long way from the train station meant we had to stay out all day for entertainment or come back & just be in our room. The area is very industrial also. Ideal hotel for business traveller I would think.

I had a reservation with a lower price and free cancelation. Canceled it by mistake and reserved again same thing in 1 min, 20 extra euro/night, no free cancelation. Sent an email in 2 min, not possible to cancel. My fault of course, still didn't like this approach. The bathroom had no ventilation, after taking a shower everything was wet from the steam. Also the shower head was a bit broke, spraying water everywhere.

Noisy hallway to the rooms, poor communication with staff, cleaning staff entering the room to confirm if it was clean after check in, dirty hotel.I'm not sure about the rules for working in a hotel, but not speaking good english made the experience of just one day very bad ?
